Very happy with Dairy Drop... easy to use their online service

Nice quality products and delivery is never late.

Excellent experience with Dairy Drop. Easy to navigate app, prompt responses/confirmation via email and /or phone once you have set up your milk order. Efficient customer support with prompt responses to follow up on any enquiry. I would definately recommend this app to others.

Recommended by a friend during the first pandemic. 3 deliveries a week and have never let me down. Great service!

The new app update makes it mush easier to use with nice big product images and a simple shopping cart. The deliveries have been great too.

Our local milkman worked right through the Christmas period making sure we got the milk in time for a Christmas Day and Boxing day. Massive appreciation to all the hardworking milkmen delivering milk though these days.

My husband is vulnerable, so we are shielding, hence since the first March lockdown, we’ve relied on DairyDrop to delivery our milk and juice during the week.

The majority of my communications with DairyDrop have been with a gentleman called Charles Clarke. He really must be recognised for his exemplary attitude - he has consistently provided speedy, polite and helpful responses when I have communicated dairy issues/holidays/order amendments to the DD support team.

One employee’s outstanding attitude can have a huge bearing on a company’s image. Because I’ve been so pleased with Charles’ responses to my various emails, I have referred him to many of my colleagues (I work in a large bank) who have since registered with DairyDrop.

I’m not in the habit of writing reviews - I only shop online and I’ve only written two (? I fear negative) internet reviews in the 15 years I’ve been in London.

That being said, as I pretty much exclusively shop online, I appreciate great online communications; and Charles has stood out to such an extent I had to call him out. :)

So a big thanks to Charles - and DD, I hope you recognise him :)

Just wanted to say a big Thank You to Jerry in Brighton for everything he has done during the past weeks of the Covid 19 pandemic. Truly amazing service through thick and thin and he has helped to keep me going whilst I'm not able to go to shops. Forever grateful. 💚

Great service, lovely fresh products and help is on hand with the email customer services team to change orders. Easy to use, polite and very quick to respond. Invaluable during lockdown!

Prompt and helpful customer service.
I had a couple of problems with deliveries which were efficiently dealt with shortly after I notified the problems.

ITV supose I red cived my milk on tusday but there was accedent with the driver and you wrot to me I will delverd on friday I was beed n whiting and I have not see any milk.pleas do send me milk.

Love the way the app works and it’s great how they support local milkmen in our area delivering lovely fresh produce. Always at the door no matter what the weather.

Been a customer now for several months. Great to receive fresh milk in a bottle .... support local jobs ... and be greener due to no plastic waste. But oh my goodness every now and then they really let you down with deliveries. I think this is the 4th or 5th time and today I have had 8 empty bottles left on my doorstep and non of the 3 due to be delivered have turned up. 8 hours later and 4 emails .... no response whatsoever. To add insult ... their app says the milk has been delivered !!!

Question ...... time to say goodbye to Dairy Drop or will there be a chink of glass as the full pints are delivered in the next hour ?

As I posted this ..... received a call and found a message in my email spam ..... is there light at the end of the tunnel .... or better still soon to be three pints of milk on my doorstep ?

I enjoy having my milk dropped at my door again after so many years going to supermarkets. Always fresh and in glass bottles so helping to protect the planet and reduce waste! Never run out! After a couple of hiccups where I was delivered semi instead of skimmed everything is now good - so thank you for all your hard work. And a Merry Christmas.

Love the fresh orange and milkshakes from DairyDrop mornings are made much easier now.
