Delighted to get fresh bottled milk delivered to my doorstep. Clearly what with pandemic, lockdowns etc plus early days teething troubles the deliveries have been fairly random but it looks like... See more

I am reporting unauthorized recurring…
I am reporting unauthorized recurring charges from Dailydrop. After an initial delivery, they have taken direct debit payments from my account for four to five weeks without my consent. All their contact methods—their app, email, and phone number—are non-functional, making cancellation impossible. I have been forced to report them as fraudulent to my bank. I strongly advise others to avoid this service.
I got in contact with my milk delivery…
I got in contact with my milk delivery driver. I think on was July to ask why no milk. What happened he was not pair for june by dairy drop. So he had to pull the plug
Full months payment taken but no milk…
Full months payment taken but no milk delivered
Same story as everyone else
Same story as everyone else. They aren't contactable. I left notes in my milk bottles asking for no more milk until 5 July. They kept leaving milk. I told them the milk wasn't wanted and that it was sour and they could have it back. (I was working away from the area for a time). But they kept on delivering. But now, I haven't had a delivery for weeks. It isn't possible to contact them.
It's a pity because they started off so well.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AWFUL customer service. Nobody responds to emails and there is no other way to contact them. The same as everyone else leaving reviews, my deliveries stopped turning up but our payments had been taken and I've sent multiple emails to more than one email address and have had NO response. Absolutely shocking!! I would rate 0 stars if I could.
Stay well away
Stay well away. You can't speak to them and they never reply to emails. Currently in the process of having to cancel my card following numerous failed deliveries and still charged in full. The only way to cancel your order is to email them and they just don't respond.
Gone bust
Had no milk delivered today, rang up local supplier who told me dairy drop has gone bust and they are owed money from them as they have been delivering milk to us and not been getting paid by them.
They took £27 out of my account just yesterday for the month and I have no milk. Great thing to do for a disabled person. I can't find a way to stop the payments and my bank is going to try to stop the direct debit but isn't sure it can.
No support from email or online app.
Updated* had to cancel my card with ny bank as its a reoccurring transaction not direct debit and raise dispute over the transaction with visa so fingers crossed I get it back.
Steer clear of Dairy Drop!
Frankly...I'm not happy that I had to give them one star, as they don't deserve it. I have been with them about 6 months. Great at first...then deliveries started to be missed, but they always responded, when I asked why. Then when I changed my delivery amounts on the app, the change wasn't reflected in my delivery till 3 weeks later. In the last month my deliveries have stopped altogether, but they have still charged me. I have emailed them 3 times, but no response and I cant find a phone number anywhere for them. I called the bank and came to the conclusion that the only way to stop the payments was to cancel my bank card, which I have now done.
My recommendation is to find another milk delivery service and steer clear of Dairy Drop!
Avoid! Terrible service
They used to be good - regular delivery, no issues and would respond to queries. All of a sudden out deliveries have stopped and they are not responding to emails, queries and social media. Will have to cancel my direct debit as I can't find anyway to get in contact with them - avoid!!
Used to be really good when I joined…
Used to be really good when I joined two years ago. Suddenly no milk delivered and no response from them. I have cancelled my debit card so they can’t get anymore money.
Same as everybody Else on here we tried…
Same as everybody Else on here we tried to move our delivery to the new house had nightmares they kept delivering we then cancelled they are still taking money 3 months later ive emailed an spoke with this mysterious CHARLES CLARK nothing even when he finally did get back to me he was totally discombobulated told me i didnt have an account and i was actually a different person from another adresse. Im having to contest via the bank now we probably wont get a refund atleast we can put a stop to the stealing because thats what it is now blatant Fraud.
Avoid !…
Discovered they were taking money from my bank and not paying my milkman, when I received an invoice from him, which I paid. Tried to contact Dairy drop, to cancel my order and request a refund for the money taken and not paid to milkman. Still waiting to hear. Things are hard enough without being taken for a fool!
Very poor
Very poor.
No contact number to speak to anyone and no one replies to their email.
Despite cancelling the direct debit - they then charged the card directly - leading to us having to cancel our card. Avoid avoid avoid !
Did I mention that the empty bottles were rarely picked up despite ongoing deliveries ?
The app is awful and not easy to…
The app is awful and not easy to navigate. My order is regularly wrong meaning I waste time emailing customer services who do sort things out if not overly friendly.
Constant problems and ZERO customer service
Initially, DairyDrop's service was 'ok', but soon we began to experience frequent issues with our milk delivery. We have repeatedly received incorrect amounts, types, past-date and even sour milk. Even worse, deliveries arrive when we have paused the service for holidays, compromising our home’s security AND being charged for weeks of milk that we were not home to consume!
We stuck with the service because CHARLES CLARKE (DairyDrop Support) assured us that we would receive credit for every missed, incorrect and sour delivery. We took him for his word and did not check to confirm that credit was indeed being given. We now realise that we haven't once received credit. DD is the only milk delivery service in our area. We believe in supporting local businesses and having less plastic in our home and so we naively kept with the service in hopes it would improve despite the unbelievable cock-ups. We have not bothered to tally up the amount that this company has cheated us out of. We have already wasted too much time logging complaints and dashing out for milk when there was no delivery.
The service is so flagrantly bad and our complaints so continuous, rather than patronise us with further apologies and false promises, CHARLES CLARKE now does not respond at all. We work in media and intend to make some loud noise about this.
So many of the reviews are positive here on Trust Pilot, and I am curious if the abominable service that we and many others have experienced has to do with our postcode (NW10 London)?
Fraud. Avoid at all costs.
Placed and paid an order. Never delivered. After two weeks their representative Charles Clarke replied that milkman won’t be able to deliver in the area. Asked for a refund and removal of my card details from their platform. It never happened. I will report them to police, it is a fraud.
Stopped delivering but still charged me.
They may have stopped operating...
Unfortunately, I have to agree with everyone else. I'm under the impression they may have completely shut down maybe? They originally promised me refunds for the deliveries that never made it to my doorstep, but then the refund never arrived and the the replies stopped.
I don't think this company is operating anymore.
Do no use!
Dairy drop stopped paying the Milkman. He then contacted us directly to alert us to this, and said he would not be coming any more. We contacted Dairy Drop many times and have still had no response. They have also repeatedly taken money from our account. We have now had to contact the bank to block them from any further transactions. Avoid this awful excuse for a company at all costs.
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. They stopped delivering milk but continued to charge me. I've been requesting a refund for months, I keep being told that its with finance and I will get my refund in the next few days, then nothing. Disgraceful.
