I love the site. The customer service is the best. Ordering is a breeze.

Although I had written five star reviews in the past I now have to give one star to this company. I had returned a wig that I wore for five seconds and knew I didn’t not want it but have been banned from the company for it. They claim it was worn and returned in poor condition. The video of the return inspection added some B.S. about the curl pattern being altered. I made a formal complaint on social media and apparently they ban anyone who returns a wig. It’s a shame because they would have made a lot of money from me but if a small business like Cyster wigs wants to make their pool of clientele smaller then that is their choice. I found another company that does not run their business the same way and I think it’s a better fit.

I really enjoyed purchasing my wig from Cysterwigs.com! It was my first time ordering a wig online and all their YouTube videos and FAQ section of the website made ordering a breeze. The shipping was a bit slow, but that may be due to a large volume of orders as I ordered during a big sale. My wig arrived as described and in great condition. I have received so many compliments on it, all of my oncology nurses were raving about it when I went in for treatment! I highly recommend Cyster Wigs to anyone who needs a wig!

I have also been extremely happy with the products purchased due to the high quality. So, to make a long story longer, I’m very happy with CysterWigs and think you will be as well.

Had a really rough first experience with this company. My order was shipped later than expected based on their published shipping times, and when it arrived it was not the item I ordered (wrong size). I initiated a return and returned the incorrect item with the label they provided. I arranged for the item to be exchanged for the one I'd ordered in the first place, and when it finally arrived back to them, I received a store credit instead of an exchange, for significantly less than I had paid in the first place. After receiving a copied-and-pasted lecture about returns vs. exchanges in response to my inquiry, I had to argue with the support representative to get them to recognize their mistake and refund my money in full.

I didn't have to initiate a chargeback to be made whole on their mistake, but there was a lot of friction and annoyance in the process. Throughout the experience, their support communication seemed to suggest that they were doing me a favor by making good on the terms of the original sale, and that I should be thankful. While they did eventually provide a refund, I now do not have the item I purchased in the timeframe I needed, and will be paying a competitor for expedited shipping. The friendly and easygoing image they project on their website is not upheld by their fulfillment and customer service. This is a shame because they really do seem like great people.

I am a regular Cysterwigs customer because I have always received such quality merchandise from their site--including their Wigcloseout site. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and the way they care about their customers. Their YouTube channel is also a big plus! It's so informative and it's just plain fun to look at the videos. They are not your average boring wig commercial where they put a wig on a stand, let it rotate and don't even try it on. Cysterwigs is so much more helpful than that. I've learned so much from the Cysterwigs YouTube site--everything from how to fit a wig correctly to which kind of wig flatters different face shapes, to the color nuances within each wig company and how the colors compare from one wig company to the next. They have an ample stock on hand from a variety of companies. Having a larger head circumference, I thought I'd be limited to only large size wigs, but on another video I learned that my ear to ear measurement was small enough I could fit in most average caps as well. This opened up a lot more possibilities for me when choosing wigs. I only wish that Cysterwigs had been around years ago. I was always self-conscious about wearing wigs, and put off wearing them because I was embarrassed. Thanks to Cysterwigs, not only am I no longer self-conscious, but I really do enjoy wearing them. Because of the honesty of presentation it made me feel so much better about being a wig wearer. One thing I forgot to mention is the excellent and fair pricing and frequent sales. I also like that when a wig is on back-order they are quick to inform and give the customer choices. All in all, I can't think of a single reason to shop anywhere else. They really do strive to keep their customers happy and treat them like family.

I have bought from many online wig companies over the years and CysterWigs is by far the best. They have become my number one choice for wigs, and I have already recommended them to several friends. The prices and the invaluable reviews are the best!

One suggestion. I wish I could search on wig colors or even by brands to find the Spotlight on Color reviews. Maybe it's just me, but I have trouble finding them.
