SCAM FRAUD THIEVES. I ordered four wigs in June and immediately returned them since they did not work for me. I waited for my refund and finally received an email from Nigel on July 25, 2024. He said there were some issues with my refund but none of my banking or contact information had been changed, so I don’t know what the issue was. After multiple replies to his email and receiving no response, I have filed a complaint with my fraud department at my credit card company. BTW, NONE of their contact info works- no replies to customer service emails and when I dial their phone number, I’m asked to give a security code??? I am out $309.78 and I’m completely done with this company. Going back to wigoutlet.com and never looking back.
I was once a regular and satisfied customer of CysterWigs.com, aka, HairKittyKitty.com for about 5 years--that is, until November, 2023. It was during the site's "Black Friday Sale," when I purchased several wigs, and was shipped the wrong wig instead of one I originally ordered. I immediately contacted CW/HKK via their customer service email and phone number to try to get the problem resolved, but their "Customer Service" is non-existent. The business, if it even deserves to be considered a "business," apparently has no working telephone number and is poorly-managed, at best. After a frustrated month of NOT being able to get ANY assistance from CW/HKK, I filed a formal complaint with both the Attorney General of Georgia's Consumer Protection Division and the BBB of Northern Georgia. Unfortunately, for the Attorney General of Georgia's CPD, my complaint did not meet their criteria for further investigation into CW/HKK's business practices. As for the BBB, since CW/HKK is not accredited with their organization, the most they could do for me was to send a letter directly to their business address and inform them of my issue. Naturally--since "the lights are on, but nobody's home" in regards to how CW/HKK manages their business--they did not bother to respond to either the BBB, or me! I then contacted my credit card company, and they refunded the cost of the wig that I did not actually receive. I thought I could finally put all of this to rest, but . . . WAIT! THERE'S MORE! In May, 2024, out-of-the blue I receive an email from none other than CysterWigs/Hair Kitty Kitty that they were finally going to ship the correct wig to me--after the nearly-six months of unnecessary hell that they put me through. Really? No.Thank.You. Besides, I had technically already received the money back for this purchase via my credit card. Once I did receive this unexpected package, I immediately REFUSED it and had it sent back to CysterWigs/Hair Kitty Kitty. I'm done!

I ordered a wig Sept. 22nd. It arrived the 28th but the color was too light and the cap came to a point at the crown. It was returned appropriately, by UPS on Oct. 6th to the address provided. The website showed it as returned and that a refund was due, but I never received it. When I tried to contact customer service, I got voicemail and no call back. After that, the phone was never answered. I emailed and got a reply from Nigel, affirming the delivery pic was of their doorstep. He assured me he was processing my refund immediately. That was Nov. 7th and, despite multiple requests, I still don't have my refund, and I believe that is by intent. We all want a more natural looking, affordable wig, but I advise that you keep looking elsewhere. That is, unless you like losing your money.
I have reached a point in my hair loss, where I can no longer deny or hide it well. Prior to this year I had never worn a wig except for fun. When it came time to purchase a wig it seemed overwhelming. I asked a friend for her guidance, as she’s been a wig wearer since the late 90’s and she was able to help me some. I took to the web, this is where I found Heather’s videos, Cyster Wigs and Hair Kitty Kitty. There was a wealth of knowledge on the website for CysterWigs and beyond that, after I learned more about them, I decided this is where I wanted to spend my money. I started out by ordering an Irregular Bardot, and this was a huge help to me. I wasn’t terrified of ruining a pricey high quality wig, while I acclimated to wearing one. It also gave me a chance to actually see how CysterWigs Limited Collection felt on my head. It didn’t take long for me to realize that these comfort caps were where it’s at. The fibers felt great to the touch and I found myself running my fingers through them quite a bit. I ordered myself a couple more after my initial purchase and I love each of them. I’m definitely going to be hooked on CysterWigs L. C. for as long as they’re around and available; which I hope is for a very long time. I recently had a need to reach out to the customer help desk. Customer care department did not disappoint and they far exceeded my expectations. They responded promptly and they sorted out the issue with the same urgency for satisfaction. I didn’t feel like I was a burden for having reached out and that was a relief. It felt like they knew exactly what I am going through, and that’s because they do! I love how all the information you need can be found all in one place. I adore the fact all of the photos showcasing the wigs and toppers are being shot without all of the things one typically sees when looking for wigs online; such as a professional hair and makeup stylist, high end cameras and lighting. Seeing these products photographed in a way that we, the clients, are most likely to be photographed by, a smartphone camera or the like, is refreshing. If you haven’t given Cyster Wigs a try yet, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They really are super comfortable and great for newcomers and veterans alike.
If you need a wig, or two, or three for that matter, this company truly is the best. They have their own product lines, and also sell the most loved and known brands. They sell authentic products. They offer discounts, customer rewards, and returns are hustle-free. They also price-match. It's an awesome feature. Plus, they deliver fast! Their customer service is outstanding; They reply to messages within the same day. When I placed an order once and forgot to use my rewards and gift cards, I sent them an email and they cancelled the order for me with no questions. Then I was able to place the order with all my perks. It's hard to find a legitimate wig company online but this one offers you great products and peace of mind.

I have ordered two wigs for a photoshoot, from their own lines, Bardot and Ambrose. I love the cut, style, and color. While I only intended to wear them for the shoot, they are so comfortable that I wore one of them for a night out, which I usually can't with other wigs - they just bother me after some time. I am super happy with my purchase!
So, please don’t shop here! Take our advice. The owners are very Sketchy. they will drop your very life, on cc reality tv. She made a video about me and showed (with my name blurred out and edited) and called
out how very, very much I had shopped with her. It was bizarre and she got her minion of ladies on me too. I had Suicidal ideation from all of her friends making mean jokes about me, and publicly I Hated her for a long time after what she did to me. Now I just feel sorry for her. She doesn’t seem happy.
Over the years I have given this store well over $3000.00 and they have treated me like poop.
I got better customer service from my garbage company.
When I asked to use my rewards points (I had a $20 coupon) for a $500 purchase that included a discount wig I got an email not from the owner but from her partner that I am sure was supposed to be intimidating but was instead flippant and rude. I found out that Reward Points can not be used for 'discounted purchases' only for accessories.
" If being able to use rewards along with discounted
purchases is a requirement for you in a wig store, we haven't fit your bill in the past and likely won't in the future.
Happy shopping for you, Toni!"
Well Blysterwigs, welcome to the internet. Go to any web store and put in a promo code and get a discount. I can use my points and rewards at Vogue wigs and other wig stores on any purchases without hassles. Only at Blysterwigs do I get pushback.
They keep changing their policy on exchanges. Originally you could exchange a wig for another wig without a restocking fee. Suddenly there is a new policy but who knew? I purchased a wig and did not like the color, I let them know I was returning it for another wig the same one but a different color. In the past I was able to do that without a restocking fee. This time, I received a 'gift card' of $39 which is less than half of the purchase price of the wig (shipping is an outrageous $11.00 when most companies are free). When I complained I then got a 'refund' of $20.00. I am stuck with a $39 gift card which will not equal much when I have to pay $11 for shipping.
Her older videos had some good information on color but she does disparage other companies and that is bad karma. Her new wigs are okay but way overpriced when you tally in the shipping and return policy.
I can get good information from Taz on Youtube and there are some other great wig companies out there that don't soak you and are honest.
Buyer Beware
Heather is continually claiming to be a victim. She doesn’t want to return your money if you return a wig. She has 3 better business complaints against her, all for refusing to honor her return policy. Heather will claim to change her policies AFTER you made a purchase during a prior policy. She makes horrible rambling videos disparaging her customers, former employees , competing wig companies and wig manufacturers. Heather is paranoid claiming everyone is plotting against her, and stealing her “wig secrets”. She sent me this email let me know she wanted her customers to follow return timelines as per policy but she will not- ( once again looking to screw people over if they make a return)
Heather is a disturbed woman (check out her rambling videos one of the worst is one where she rakes over a former employee for quitting titled -something about finally speaking out about Taz. (extremely disturbing, documenting Heather’s narcissistic behavior towards others) I have only email and online experience with Heather. I can provide emails, BBB reports and YouTube videos supporting my statements to be factual.
the owner is a psychotic narcissist. she made a defamatory video about me and refuses to take it down or admit the truth. oh, and she tried to steal money from me. buy from a SANE and trusted online retailer.

I've been shopping with Cysterwigs for many years now and have purchased more than a few wigs. The customer service that I have recieved over the years has been exemplary in every possible way.
I've only had to return a single wig and that particular transaction went smoothly and was completed quickly.
Would I shop with this company again? Oh yes, whenever possible.
I am shocked by how unprofessional the owner is. The whole company is this way. They change policies after you have already ordered under the old policy, the owner, Heather, posts such silly and unprofessional reviews where she laughs like a hyena, and most of all, she complains about her customers in the most unprofessional way. If you can't handle business, you should not be in business. She's just plain childish. And please, stop posting those embarrassing videos related to your weight problems. If you want to be a CEO of a hair company, have someone else do the reviews who know how to act professional in their reviews.

I will try to buy all my wigs from Heather from now on! I received my Maximum Impact by Raquel Welch in Shaded biscuit , just stunning as usual. Love RW wigs! My box came wrapped in Christmas paper and a sweet pug Christmas card was included! It is the sweet special touches that make CysterWigs stand out! Thank you Heather and staff for your excellent work!
NO ONE HAS CALLED ME FROM CYSTERWIGS STILL OR REPLIED TO MY EMAILS. IF I DONT HEAR FROM SOMEONE SOON I’M CALLING THE STATES ATTORNEY OFFICE IN GEORGIA TO REPORT THAT CYSTERWIGS TOOK PAYMENT FOR 7 WIGS FROM ME BUT HAS NOT DELIVERED THEM OR ALTERNATIVELY REFUNDED MY MONEY, WONT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN MY CALLS AND WONT REPLY TO MY EMAILS. Ill ALSO FILE A REPORT WITH THE BBB,. ILL BE REPORTING FRAUD TO MY CRÉDIT CARD COMPANY AND TO PAYPAL TOO IF I DONT GET A RESPONSE. I EMAILED ASKING FOR A STATUS ON THE 7 WIGS I I ORDERED AND HAVE BEEN IGNORED. EITHER DELIVER THEM OR REFUND MY MONEY. THIS SMACKS OF FRAUD BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO TELL ME THE STATUS OF MY 7 WIG PURCHASES OR RESPOND BACK TO ME.

I would give this company a negative star rating if I could. Everything would be fine if you received your wig and it was perfect. But if you have a problem, good luck to you. I received my wig and it looked lovely but it did not even come close to fitting. I got nothing but arguments from the company about returns. They will not allow me to return it, but suggested I buy another one. Very unethical company.

Ordered Winner Petite by RW in Shaded Chestnut this time around and I'm so happy I did because it is a wonderful wig! The petite cap is a perfect fit for me I don't feel like I'm wearing a wig at all. I work in a bakery and need something that holds up to the commercial walk-in ovens and this one does! I now own two with another one on the way. Winner is absolutely a winner!

I love buying from Cysterwigs, I never even think of buying elsewhere because why?....
They have everything a savvy consumer would want....top notch customer service, fun and friendly website, YouTube pages and FB page, great options and great prices.....oh and great advice in their videos....how can you go wrong?
Heather has developed a wonderful website and is so fun to watch and get to know through her very open and honest videos about her life and her weight loss journey, marriage, etc. She is delightful and her staff is so pleasant to deal with and her policies are fair to her business and to her consumers. I give her five stars!!
