This company makes habit of requiring your important annual w9/1099 tax documents from your clients get mailed directly to them and then FAIL to send/mail/email them to you year after year 2018-2023, ultimately resulting in IRS back charging our company several thousand dollars of unreported income in 2021 due to their negligence. Luckily, I kept email documentation from this company stating their mistakes which has helped the IRS lower my fees and interest accrual and help launch an audit into their business practice. They also make habit of deducting MORE than contracted in "fees", signed on at 2.5%, they habitually took 7%.
