CysterWigs is my go to for wig buying. They run some really great sales and returns are a breeze. I appreciate the time and attention to detail that Heather takes to do the videos for the products. I especially like the customer product reviews with pics, it is very helpful in deciding on which wig to buy.

I had one transaction with Cysterwigs. Shipping was great - timely. They handled my return properly and promptly. Customer service reached out to me to offer needed suggestions after my initial review. Heather's video spotlights were invaluable. I had however great difficulty with what looked to me to be Quality Control. There is a clear problem with misleading photos particularly of colors on the part of wholesalers. I have found the same color provided by the same retailer is slightly and factually different. My conclusion is that this is due to digital enhancement, not due to studio lighting, computer monitors or individual perception. The colors are being manipulated by the wholesaler. The second and related problem which ultimately resulted in my return was a significant difference between the color I received and the color I expected based on the photos and on Heather's video spotlight. I finally concluded this was a Quality Control problem. The label and packaging had to be wrong and an accidental human error somewhere in the supply chain. That is the only reasonable explanation. I am not ready to believe that the entire wig industry is based on misrepresentation. There is however room for lots of improvement. I referred the matter to customer service and I hope they will follow-up. In the meantime I have moved on and ordered from a different company and a different brand. It remains to be seen if this will work well for me.

I did so much research about purchasing my topper. I went to every place in the US that sells them. I decided on Cyster wigs and I’m VERY glad I did. I reached out for specific inquiries and they responded immediately. My order came quickly, and the quality is perfect. Heather’s videos have been very helpful. I have one question? Where did you get those cat eye glasses, Heather? I love them.

Cyster Wigs is set apart from others with the videos by Heather. I am wearing the Cali by Tony of Beverly and would have never bought it to begin with if it wasn’t for the video. I like that she is a real person and am a loyal customer because of it!

I love the color, style and fit of my Peppermint. I have an average large head and think this is the best fitting cap that I have so far. If you like a slightly straighter style that frames to face, Peppermint would be a good one to try.

The blond highlighting around the face and on the tips makes creamy blond a standout. It does not disappoint.

Nice wig and delivery was quick.

Received topper on time. Returned it and I am receiving a refund. I just wish I could talk to someone in the customer service instead of just emailing. I love the Heather's youtube reviews of the wigs and toppers.
