I would give zero stars if it were possible.
I placed an order for some parts that were advertised as in stock. My money was taken but the stock wasn't actually there. 7 days later still no cash returned leaving me unable to purchase much needed parts elsewhere.

We recently purchased a full suspension Commencal mountain bike for our 13 year old son. The bike was delivered on time and in excellent condition. Some 6 weeks after the bike was delivered the rear suspension unit leaked. I made contact with the UK cycle centre - who from the outset were very helpful. After sending photos to the UK CC they advised I sent the unit in the post for them to work on. After a couple of days the unit was sent to Fox for a factory repair. 2 things have REALLY impressed with the UK CC. 1.] they are constantly accessible and always respond to emails. 2.] they have waived the cost of the service - which were never quibbling. My son gets his suspension back tomorrow and he'll be back biking over the weekend. I have been VERY impressed with the UK Cycle Centre - Matt in particular - and to anyone considering buying a bike - take a look at their site, you'll be impressed. Joe [Dorset]

I bought a replacement crankset for my mtb and I have to say that although it was listed as a used item there was no evidence of use at all. I will definitely use them again 11/10 for service and value
