I recently purchased a Capsule-It maker. I inadvertently purchased an extra one when I ordered. I sent a customer contact query and my account was quickly refunded for the extra machine and the other machine was shipped and received a little over a week later. Great customer service.

I had a problem when I placed my order and customer service responded and fixed it WITHIN 3 MINUTES of me sending my request for assistance!! Talk about quality customer service!! As a first time shopper with HerbAffair they have already earned my repeat business and I haven't even received my first order.

I was having a little difficulty assembly my capsules. I emailed customer service and Kristine responded the same day. She gave me some tips on assembling and it worked! I was successful in making 100 cayenne filled capsules. I absolutely love my capsule it machine. And I must say Kristine was a huge help to me; she's knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I know if I ever have a problem, I can ask her for help and she'll be there for me. This is great customer service!

Well when I started using this company, they were great. I've gotten several shipments from them for capsules. The capsules are now OVAL, NOT ROUND. It's a huge problem. They don't work in the machine, they break and it's costing me money. Herb Affair doesn't care I guess. I have written to them so many many many times. I hate being ignored, And that's what they're doing unless I'm giving them money. Beware if you have any issues, customer service will not respond. I have a subscription with them, but I'm thinking of canceling which I don't want to do. THEY'RE A GOOD COMPANY UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. Maybe they've just gotten too big. Sad . (Trust Pilot wants a date. N/A It's months and months and months. )

I had an excellent experience with Herb Affair! My package unfortunately got lost during delivery, but their customer service was outstanding. As soon as I reached out they responded quickly, handled the situation professionally, and send out a replacement right away. I’ll definitely continue to support and recommend them to others!

My experience was very pleasant and reassuring as a customer.

First off I love these products, the entire system is so helpful and easy to use and making my own supplements has helped me to get exactly the nutrients my body needs at an affordable price! I recently received a shipment of capsules that was mishaped and didn't work well with the filling system. I hadn't even opened the package within the 60 day guarantee but when I reached out about the product they were so quick and helpful with their response. Not only is this an awesome company for their products but the customer service is wonderful too!

I appreciate the prompt response whenever a question is sent. A resolution is typically presented within the same day. I am so glad to have found Herb Affair!!!

This product is a scam. The device looks like it should work, but the capsule parts come deformed, so when you try to press them together they don't line up and won't lock together. The result is a BIG mess. I am angry and extremely disappointed
