In the world of cycling we are constantly being bombarded by new technology. I is great to know that you can contact a company that can help you access it but also offer you sound advise if you should do so. I have been a customer for many years and never had a bad experience.

Excellent service and customer support. I was confused by what I found when removing the old chain-set, phoned Cyclepowermeters who talked me through what I needed to do to install the new cranks.

Ordered powertap wheel set from cycle power meters at a great price, best price anywhere. But after a few weeks the rear wheel was breaking spokes , quick phone call to them and no issue sent back and rebuilt, but after a week 2 spokes broke again. Rung them back this time they sent them back to the manufacturer to investigate, week later brand new set of wheels and upgraded set very happy bunny. Shame about the wheels but that is down to a manufacturing fault, but cycle power meters customer service and knowledge is excellent nothing was a problem when dealing with them. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

I was interested in giving Q Rings a go and after a quick call i spoke to Matt who advised me on size options based on my riding style (TT) I packed up my SRAM power crank and shipped it to them to have the new chain rings fitted and calibrated. this was turned around within a few days.

I ordered out of stock garmin vector power meters but wasn't informed they were out of stock So I didn't look elsewhere till it was too late.
Helpful enough staff when I made enquiries as to delay when I found out the above.
