Item missing in the post and Cycle Powermeters does not respond to email. Dispute lodged with Paypal.
Do not recommend the seller!

Really impressed with the service and sales. After twice ordering a set of Favero Assioma pedals from other companies only to be let down, contacted Bob at cycle power meters and asked if he could price match using the DC rainmaker 10% discount code. Received a prompt email and a promise of dispatch and delivery. Ordered Saturday arrived Tuesday. Pretty impressive given they only despatched Monday!! Couldn’t ask for more.

I was a bit nervous about buying a power meter from this company as they seem to cheaper than most other outlets and I couldn't see a reason for this. In any case, I bought my Powertap G3 hub, built into DT swiss rims.

Item arrived fairly promptly and safely. 9 months or so down the line I experienced a fault with my power meter. I contacted cyclepowermeters, who advised I send the hub to them. 2 days later I received an email stating the hub and been fixed and it was on its way back to me. The wheel has had a new torque tube fitted and has been recalibrated.

The advantage of buying from this company is that the are powertap service centre, so if your (powertap) power meter goes wrong, they won't have to send it off for weeks back to another company, they can just fix it for you.

Very happy with my purchase, would recommend to others.

I ordered a Quarq red power meter from this company back in May, There was a bit of a delay with the meter as Quarq were experiencing delivery problems. After a few emails asking for some updates it finally arrived. That is where the problems started, The companies chosen delivery company is Interlink express, I'm sure some people have had good experiences with them but i'm not one. Needless to say, after being lied to several times I finally got my power meter delivered. Yes I would recommend this company but you might want to arrange your own courier.

I ordered an allignment sticker for a BePro. After two weeks I contacted them. Apparently they were out of stock, but didn't even think to contact and inform me of this. Poor, simple customer service.

Ordered 2 sets of Powertap P1 cleats 4 weeks ago which were apparantly in stock. 4 weeks later and I still haven't received them even though I was charged when the order was placed.

When I spoke to the guys before placing my order they were very helpful in trying to find out the availability of items.
Once the order was placed, it arrived very quickly.

I had a problem with one of the items I'd purchased, through no fault of cylepowermeters, and they were very helpful in assisting me with diagnosing the fault and getting the item replaced.

You can buy power meters a little cheaper from some other European sites but having tried to use a large German site in the past to buy a power meter and found their customer service to be absolutely atrocious, I'll stick with using these guys for future purchases.

Exceptionally good service

Purchased a Stages power crank from Cyclepowermeters over a year ago, which had a few problems. They were very helpfull in sorting this out. Returns were dealt with speedily and without quibble. I have recently purchased a powertap pedal system from them, as they are a knowledgeable, friendly company, and you can not get that from some suppliers

Took time to talk me through the various meters and which would best suit my set up. No pressure to buy. Would recommend

Purchased a new quarq pm to replace an existing model I had. Dealt with Matt who essentially confirmed my requirements and choice without trying to up sell me to something unnecessary. Great price. Quick delivery. Wouldn't contemplate buying a pm anywhere else.
