I bought a large round table which was on sale as ex-display or something? There was nothing 'sale' about this item, it was fantastic. The quality of material and build were second to none, it made my old table & chairs look like something out of a pound shop! The delivery was quick & the driver hand assembled the item. A full 'white glove' delivery experience. I won't be going anywhere else from now on!

Wanted a nice sturdy garden bench after years of putting up with flimsy wobbly ones and not at all disappointed, lovely and solid and well put together. Delivery was seamless despite us living in the back of beyond. V satisfied.

A beautiful bench, great workmanship and appearance.
Good help from the delivery man bringing it in. The delivery slot was too wide but this is a minor thing.

Windsor Bench and Chairs
Really pleased with our Windsor Bench and Chairs. We had a slight colour issue on one cushion but that was resolved so well and quickly it reinforced why we used Cyan furniture. Cannot recommend highly enough

There is nothing fake or misleading about this company. Excellent communication from Cyan you really do get the family business experience. This is before you get your order. When it arrived I was really happy with the workmanship and quality of the Team outdoor dinning set. The delivery driver was friendly and built the table for us and helped unpack the items. Really top notch service, product and sales experience. Will be buying from the them again. Can't recommend them enough.

Incredible experience from start to finish.
Incredible experience with this company, if only everybody had this level of customer service. I chose Cyan Teak Furniture to purchase my banana bench. Their price was competitive and their reviews impressive, but what sealed the deal for me was they use their very own delivery team! And anybody who's had furniture dumped outside, or waited in all day for a no show, knows the value of that. A major plus!
Bench arrived promptly - had a message to give an approximate time and Carina (who is a superstar) was really on it with comms, keeping me up to date with everything and I felt she was invested in the process. The guy who delivered it was also very friendly and helped my husband take it to the top of the garden.
I wrote to Carina immediately to express my delight at their service, and I very rarely do that. Buy from a company you can trust.

Absolutely delighted with our new teak table and 6 rattan and teak chairs. Stunning workmanship and quality. We’ve been looking for a while and nothing compares on quality and price.
Delivered within 2 weeks of ordering exactly in the allocated time slot. Great skill from the delivery driver as our lane is single track and narrow. Need smaller vans for Anglesey!

Great product, great delivery service
At first, I was a bit wary of ordering my garden chair from Cyan Teak Furniture after their website came up in a Google search as I’d never heard of the company. However, having looked them up on Trustpilot and seen their high score, I decided to order. Having now taken delivery of the chair I can say I am very impressed with the quality of the product and the delivery service. A few days after my order, a representative from Cyan Teak Furniture called me to arrange a suitable delivery date. On the agreed delivery date, I received a text message with a 1 hour window for delivery and the delivery was made on time. I’m very happy with my chair.

Good quality bench
Good web site. Lots of information and pictures of garden benches making it easier to choose. I chose the Taverners bench and cushion and am very pleased with them. The bench is well made and looks very nice. There were no problems with the delivery and the delivery man was helpful.

Really good quality
Really good strong solid heavy furniture that looks great. Sizes of chairs are great, not too small, and all looks like it will last, of good looking wood with well smoothed edges. Delivered while I was out and placed well with all packaging gone. Thank you.
