Unfair automated charge and hidden subscription - Avoid this service!
I used this website to build a resume and paid for what I understood was a limited-time service. However, they put me on an automatic monthly subscription without clear transparency and charged my card $34.49 without any warning.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately cancelled the subscription and contacted their customer support team to request a refund, explaining that I have not used their premium features at all since the charge. Unfortunately, they refused to return my money, offering standard automated template responses instead of actual customer care.
This is an unfair business practice targeting job seekers. Keeping money for a service that hasn't been used and was clearly a mistake is unacceptable.
