AliExpress – Nexway Store / Felevator – avoid for technical equipment

Title: Nexway Store / Felevator – serious concerns about product reliability and dispute handling

Review: I am sharing this experience to warn potential buyers about Nexway Store and its associated website Felevator. I ordered an elevator inverter from Nexway Store, but the first item received was incorrect. After opening a dispute on AliExpress, Nexway Store only provided a partial correction. The replacement product sent by Nexway Store still does not function properly and is unusable in real conditions, despite clear technical evidence (photos and videos). Nexway Store repeatedly attempted to push me to close the dispute outside the official AliExpress process, offering informal “solutions”. This behavior raises serious concerns about transparency and compliance with platform rules. Additionally, the dispute handling by AliExpress itself is problematic. The proposed solution required me to return the defective product to China at my own expense, which is disproportionate compared to the product value and effectively penalizes the buyer despite clear evidence of non-functionality. The seller appears to be linked to a company operating under the name Felevator, a professional elevator equipment supplier with an official website under the domain “felevator.com”. However, my experience shows a significant gap between the claims and the actual product reliability and after-sales support. For safety-critical equipment such as elevator systems, reliability is essential. This transaction failed completely in terms of product accuracy, functionality, and dispute resolution. I strongly advise extreme caution when dealing with Nexway Store and Felevator, especially for technical or professional purchases.
