Subscription without any notification

I prepared a CV via this site. They provide this service only for 18 TRY. But, after 14 days, they created subscription for me and they withdraw 749 TRY. When I purchased only CV as PDF, they didn't warn me about this subscription. How can they enroll me without any notification?

I am doing this because there is no other option for payment and i need this cv. But on the other hand it is a good tool as a website it is easy ro use and changing thins and create a new one design your own it is good and easy to use .
