Cant get through to them
Your phone system keeps cutting out so I can't hear what it is asking me. The URL it sends to me via text for live chat sends a link that does not work. I've filled in the form to be called back twice on your website and no one has bothered to get back to me. I got through to a customer service agent after guessing my way through the questions and she put the phone down on me.

Looking at your username, you appear to be a company. Companies should press option 2 on the first automated question, which will put you straight through to an agent, as our automated system doesn't work for company policies.

Had a renewal reminder on email at a very good price. Then had a renewal through the post with the same policy number as the email but the price had gone up by over £150.00.
Having spoken by phone they realised the issue which then we came to a in between renewal price.
The only issue was that if I had just renewed by email the policy would have not been activated thus no insurance!!!
Not a happy bunny!!!

We apologise for this and the inconvenience it may have caused. Our renewals team make multiple calls to customers who are due for renewal to ensure no customer is left without insurance.
