I have used VW Finance for several years and have always found them to be easy to contact, very helpful and friendly. They are very professional and keep in touch with you every step of the way. The paperwork is easy to follow and normally quick. Would certainly recommend them!

shocking service from volkswagen financial services--tried 10 times for 15 mins a time before being cut off--get yourself a proper company with a proper customer service dept.
They are consistently shockingly bad in their respect for customers after the sale is complete

Everything was explained in a plain and simple manner. The process was easy to follow. I felt fully informed throughout the process. The sales staff member I dealt with at VW Hereford explained everything in detail and ensured I understood everything before committing to the agreement. The only thing I would say is as I am “old school “ I would like paper copies to retain.

Cars get more and more expensive they say because things you didn’t get as standard now come as standard. It's now going full circle. Now very basic things such as car mats and electric wing mirrors are being taken out. All car companies are doing it. VW is no different. Apparently used approved VWs don’t come with car mats now…so where did you put them if they were put in when it was brand new? Electric wing mirrors were apparently because the person who custom made it didn’t want them…I doubt that very much. I also cannot find a mark 8 golf WITH electric wing mirrors.
I brought a used approved mark 7 golf in 2021: had electric wing mirrors, car mats, a car cleaning kit and a full tank of fuel as standard. Now? The car is more expensive, basic things have been taken out, it doesnt get filled up with fuel and no car cleaning kit. Other people have said this also…it’s probably because of all the money that’s been paid back to customers from the wrongly taken commission. As I said…all car companies are doing it. VW is no different. If I buy the next car, I’ll be checking it comes with a gearbox.
