I booked an engagement ring consultation appointment with my partner at Cullen jewlery this weekend. Going in I wasn’t sure what to expect but Sydney made the experience amazing. She was very knowledgeable and informative on everything. She made the experience seamless and stress free. If you are looking to start your engagement ring shopping process I would recommend working with her!

We had a fantastic experience with Khya. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived.

As someone who is very indecisive, I was worried I’d leave feeling even more overwhelmed, but Khya quickly honed in on the styles I liked and guided us through the options without ever making us feel pressured. She really listened to what I was looking for and, after just one appointment, helped me narrow my choice down to two rings that I absolutely love. She made the whole experience enjoyable, relaxed, and exciting, and we left feeling so much more confident.

We know we’re in good hands as we make our final decision, and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

The back and forth with Sumi, to create a custom ring was an absolute pleasure. Communication was prompt and polite, all questions were answered, and I didn't once feel pressured in to buying something I didn't want.

Our advisor Annaliese was fantastic, she made the process appear seamless. She walked us throughe very thing and explained everything we needed to know about diamonds and the rings that Cullen offers. Could not recommend her more!

I recently attended the Brisbane show room with a friend to explore ring options and learn more about the process. Our appointment was with Jazz and I couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. Jazz was so lovely - warm, welcoming and professional. The showroom and the rings were stunning. We found the place easily, and right from our first interaction with staff we felt looked after. Our consultant was Madison Cram who was so genuinely sweet! She asked about our relationship, took time and care to show us the variety of rings, and answered all our questions in ways we could understand. She had an infectious personality and we felt very happy with our choices. Will definitely be purchasing our engagement rings with Cullen!

Francisca was very informative, personable, and professional when helping me find the right fit. She was also very attentive and gave great feedback & suggestions when trying on multiple options. I appreciate her patience and knowledge as this was my first time trying on engagement rings.

The consultant who assisted us was very helpful and patient. She offered a range of options and reassured us that anything would be possible in order for the ring to be perfect!
