She made us feel welcome, comfortable and showed so much care for our opinions thoughts and making sure we were getting a ring that we really loved. Having lost the diamond from our original engagement ring, We thoroughly researched diamonds and found no ethical or commercial reason NOT to purchase a lab diamond. Based on reviews and unexpected personal recommendation we chose Cullens, and were not disappointed. We really enjoyed the consultation with Niaz! She thoroughly explained the different types of diamonds and answered all of our questions. My partner wasn’t sure what style she liked but Niaz picked up on her preferences and guided us toward pieces she’d love. There is also a great variety of designs to try on which was great as this was our first time looking at engagement rings.
