Absolutely loved my experience but I think what made it so great was Emelia! She was great to work with. She understood what I wanted and helped make it come to life! On top of that the diamonds were stunning which made it even better. Could not recommend Cullen Jewlery enough!

Sydney from Cullen made our engagement ring consultation such a wonderful experience. She was incredibly thoughtful, and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. We never felt rushed or pressured, and her genuine care really stood out. We’re so grateful for her help and would highly recommend working with her!

We had such a great appointment. Truth was so helpful and knowledgable. She took me and my boyfriend through the details of the different rings we saw and liked, how I could customise rings based on what I wanted, and pulled some stunning rings after getting a sense of what we wanted. The appointment didn’t feel rushed at all and Truth was amazing - we never felt pressured to make a decision but could ask as many questions as we wanted. 12/10 experience!

William was so helpful, extremely personable and attentive to every detail. He gave me a suggestion to add a cathedral setting to my ring which I hadn’t considered before but is what I ultimately chose to go with. William explained all our options very clearly and gave fantastic advice. Thank you!

Khya was super friendly and helpful. She walked us through all the options but also gave us the opportunity to get a feel for everything ourselves. She was very knowledgeable and overall it was a great experience especially as I was going in unaware of exactly what I wanted.
