I had a discussion with cucu fashion which I was not happy with and I must say they were very helpful by keeping me informed by email. They were quick to respond and refund me my money.

Very happy with the blue sandals and the customer service experience was faultless.

Dont bother ordering. UK sizes do not correlate to EU sizes. For example on their site UK 7 is EU 40. A simple google search will tell you thats incorrect. When i complained after receiving my order i was told the EU sizes are stated and i should have ordered the correct EU size.

1) If i live in the UK and you have UK sizes listed why would i look at EU sizes?

2) what if i ordered in EU sizes and it was your EU size which were incorrect?

Awful company. Tried shifting the blame onto me when they cannot get their sizing correct.

Accurate colour and style but very small, not true to size at all. Unable to even try on so returned for s refund.

I ordered a pair of heels for a special occasion and they are gorgeous! I paid extra for express delivery and they were delivered 2 days later, which is amazing. The heels are super good quality with additional padding/support in the sole and they also come with heel tip replacements.

Ordered a pair of Boots in February, despite some issues with delivery - an issue with Hermes not Cucu Fashion themselves, yourselves kindly re-issued a new pair at no cost to myself. Extremely satisfactory service and excellent customer service. I am very happy with my new boots and have had plenty of wear out of them.
