I have been chasing payment prior to them closing and received no reply while they were in operation. I am still outstanding payments for multiple items sold.
Will there be a resolution to this?
Prior to purchasing I reached out with a couple of questions as well as asking for additional photographs of the item. They were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. The item arrived quickly and packaged beautifully, I was really impressed. I also felt they’d listed at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be keeping an eye out on their site for future purchases.
Wouldn’t sell my designer goods through this company.

I submitted a designer bag for sale with Reluxe and will never do so again. They suggested what I thought was a low price, little did I know that they list the item for way more and keep the difference - on top of the 50% commission!! This is not just sharp practice it is misrepresentation. Also, they did not let me know that the bag had actually sold very quickly, which tells me I could have made more, I had to ask them when I was going to be paid which was another 4 weeks, no idea why. All glowing reviews about this company are from buyers not sellers. I would advise anyone selling designer goods to give them a big swerve

To clarify the price differences outlined in our T&C's and pricing list:
"The Current Market Value in our documents determines the RRP or 'list price' for the Consigned Property on Our Service. We may add up to 25% of this value to cover local taxes and transaction fees, which are the Buyer's responsibility and will not affect your earnings."
This ensures all costs, including international shipping and discount codes, are covered while your payout remains as initially suggested in the pricing list.
Regarding the timing of your payment, we notify our customers when payments are due and process transactions within a few business days. Delays in this process are uncommon in our service.
