The shoes were very disappointing. Some of the red dye from the shoe has bled onto the white soles - so they have a pink tinge to them in places. The shoe is also a very tight fit!
I am sending them back.

Ordered just before midnight on the Sunday and item had arrived by Tuesday lunchtime.

Cucu fashion is such a wonderful company, my first experience was when I exchanged the trainers I got from them, I sent a mail to customer care who changed the size and sent me another one in just a day.
About my recent order which made me write the review before this one, they contacted me and sort everything out, the opt to exchange with another one but I'm already out of UK. Presently I am happy with the way they are trying to make me happy and for this singular act I will not hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them.

Unfortunately my order didn’t arrive, however, the customer service team were straight on to it and I got a full refund for my order. I was then able to re order again! Yay! I was impressed with the way my order was dealt with from start to finish. Very efficient ordering system. The shoes themselves were lovely but sadly were too narrow for my feet! Returning the shoes was easily done without stress! I can highly recommend Cucu by my own experience.

Excellent custimer service, i needed the shoes for jubilee weekend and was worried they wouldnt arrive on time. The customer service team were quick to respond to my email and were reassuring. The shoes ordered looked exactly as they did in the picture and are true to size. Very pleased.

the shoes i ordered were amazing! the fit of the boots is nice and the quality is great for the price. the only downside was that there was a strange, ink-like black substance that printed a little circle whenever the point of the shoe hit the floor (whatever it is only came off the front of the shoe) so my carpets now have little black dots all over them😬 not sure if it’s just a faulty pair but i’ll be keeping the shoes! will just wear them on flooring instead

Black and green pimsols are absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. This was my first purchase from Cucu fashion and delivery was so fast. I love them so much that I ordered another pair for my daughter. I highly recommend them.

Very quick and efficient. For the money the trainers are ok. What I like is that they are different and not what you see in the shops. I am a size 4 and the reviews said to size up. I did but wish I'd only gone up half a size
