Seamless process, never a problem arranging a number of re-viewing after offer was accepted and always accommodating with various surveys. All staff friendly and always helpful.

Comprehensive and proactive support to ensure flat could be re-let rapidly and seamlessly after sudden tenant departure. Marketing, tenant selection/vetting, flat inventory, cleaning, safety and all legal aspects covered for new contract and referencing of new tenants all carried out in a few weeks. Would have taken me months!

My thanks, especially to Laura for her proactive professionalism, as well as Derek, Rosie & the whole team at Cubit and West, Arundel, (West Sussex), for their patience during stressful times, clarity of communication and proactive service in securing a perfect buyer for my property where others had failed. After nearly two years, (with other agencies), it was Laura who sealed the deal at the asking price, no chain, no fuss, everybody happy - especially me! Thank you, Laura.

By all means, do view your desired property with Cubitt and West. They have some nice, helpful, people working with them who were extremely accommodating.

Sadly, our experience was ruined by the sale process, where their recommended conveyancer (DC Law) turned out to be totally incompetent and irresponsible, and the Sales Progressor from Cubitt and West only served to disrupt communications and confuse the process while only being interested in their own commission. This resulted in consequential losses of thousands of pounds and a lot of unnecessary distress.

My recommendation, therefore, is to arrange your own legal advice, and block out the Sales Progressor from the process entirely. Block their email address and phone number if you need to! You will be much better off and have far more control over the process.
