I met Max from the Reigate branch in my search for my perfect home and he really helped me as a first time buyer. The whole experience has felt so easy and put my mind at ease. He was extremely friendly and helpful and always there to respond quickly and help me with any queries or reassurance. He made the whole experience feel personal and that I was a priority, which confirmed to me that I made the right choice with Cubitt and West.

Since started my tenancy I am really impressed of the quick respond and efficiency of the whole team in Crawley. It's just amazing. I can't fault you at all. God bless you guys.

During a very long process due to chain, the sale progressor Julie has been a huge help, keeping me in the loop about what was happening on top of the chain and very supportive with me when I felt like loosing my patience. I would like to thank Julie for her amazing work and also Tracey (sale advisor) when I was searching for houses!

Have to give a big shout out to Marc. He handled our tenancy excellently from start to finish and was always there with a quick response should any issue pop up.

Ive come not to expect too much of estate agents over the years, but ive got to say everyone at Cubitt and West Emsworth have been a great help during our house purchase.

From the inital viewing and putting our offer in the team were always prompt with responses and very helpful. Through to getting contracts exhanged and completion they have been on the ball, Julie Bramble in particular was a key part of the process in the latter stages, answering questions and helping things move along within the conveyancing process, whereas there might have been more issues and even more delays if she did not go the extra mile.

Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Spoke with the lewes road team today, Cieran, Ava Ruby & Jasmine all in turn about different issues & ALL!!!! Of them in turn today Got stuff done/sent to landlady etc Jasmine straight on repairs! Cieran needed an answer there & then 5min job not i call u back later. Ava home visit, punctual & helpful & Ruby on the case straight away again with something else here i need doing. Saliha on the pre purchase side and Julie after the offer was accepted were fantastic. Their service always felt very personal and caring. Lindsay who did the viewings with me was also great and always on time! Its a great little team. Very helpful, professional and good at keeping you updated. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The company was very responsive and kept contacting me at the beginning to place an offer and get a sale locked in. However, once that was done there was no contact for many weeks. After a whole month of radio silence, I had to chase them for an update.

The whole process became very stressful and unpleasant because as a buyer I had to constantly chase for updates while working. I felt like this was disappointing because I was expecting professional service. As first time buyers we need to be given clear guidance and support for a milestone in our lives, not just being left without any communication for weeks and months on end.

Moreover, I was only told many weeks into the sale process- that the property belonged to a deceased person, which meant that probate was necessary. The potential buyers were given an impression that the executor was the sole owner, which was not true. Important information like this should be made very clear from the beginning.

Overall as buyer, especially a first time one, remember that the estate agent is working for the seller and commissions. Therefore, always have a team working for your interests as well (e.g your own solicitor and mortgage broker) so that you get the best deal.

I would like to thank all the staff at Cubit and West Redhill. I found them very professional, friendly and efficient. I was surprised at how well they marketed my flat in a very proactive style. Selling my flat in only five weeks ! I would highly recommend their services and advice. Special thanks to Jade, Christina and Brian.

Fran , Natasha and Lauren were all brilliant from the beginning to the end of our property being sold, however it was disappointing the experience with DC Law due to the communication

I decided to use Cubitt and West for the sale of my house largely because of the very positive start made during the valuation, it made me feel confident they would be professional and enthusiastic about my home.
The team, Kerry, Kevin, Nick, Caroline and Clair were supportive and showed a genuine drive to do the very best in selling it for me. Their approach to me and the sale was characterised by energy, warmth and efficiency.
I was kept up to speed prior to the first viewings and was also well informed on how they were being organised with feedback coming quickly after the visit. Each member of the team were friendly, polite, informative and I felt I was looked after.
I was lucky enough for the sale to happen fairly quickly and again the team were a great support during the negotiating process and once I had accepted a final offer. Beyond the final offer I was contacted to check everything was running smoothly and the liaising by the team between the purchaser and I was professional, clear and efficient.
I would definitely use this team again if I were in this area and selling or buying.

Ellie was very professional even knowing we just needed a valuation for insurance purposes and not for selling. She was thorough with her research prior to the visit and even had the details from when I bought the house through them. Would highly recommend.
