Cubitt & West Haywards Heath office pushed for me to use their in house Mortgage Broker, however, failed to advise that you will have to pay approx £600 for the privilege until you're too far into the process and have no time to look elsewhere. Customer transparency is very poor. I'd avoid.

During the process of buying my new home, I received good communication and a helpful attitude from Sophie Johnson (Senior Sales Progressor) at Cubitt & West.

Cubitt & West are very professional and efficient. We were kept fully informed throughout the process. The company is proactive and progressive. Their app allowed 24 hour access with updates of the sale and the app was very user friendly. If you are selling your house Cubitt & West are the agents to use.

The whole team in the Waterlooville office, especially Elliot Campbell and Julie Bramble, have been exceedingly supportive and professional in what was a lengthy process.

Ruby Munday from the Brighton office made our experience finding, securing and moving into our property an extremely easy and pleasurable journey. A huge thank you to you Ruby.

Just want to give credit where credit is due. We have recently sold our property and have begun our search for our new home without any success so far. I have been in touch with various estate agents who have all been brilliant, however Zak has been outstanding. He has been in contact regularly, checking in for updates and sending any new properties over to us.

Cubbit & west redhill branch... as this was going to be my first time selling a property i didn't know what to expect but picking up the phone and making that call to the team at Cubbit and west was a very good decision, I spoke to jayde who explained the process and from then onwards it was plain sailing right upto the day the contracts were exchanged. I bought my first home through Cubitt & West, Southwater. The sale was a long process but Julie in sales and Emma in sales progress both were amazing every step of the way keeping me updated every step of the way and as I was new to buying a property they patiently answered all my questions (there was a lot of them). I highly recommend them 😁

I can’t recommend Marc Steels highly enough. From our first interaction, he was incredibly professional and went out of his way to be helpful. He kept me informed at every stage and handled all the details with impressive efficiency. If you’re looking for a letting agent who actually delivers on their promises, Marc is your person.

An appalling experience with Cubitt & West Chichester. Our property was marketed with an incorrect description, communication was poor, and we had very few viewings over seven months. On one occasion, the wrong key was taken to a viewing by the estate agent, meaning a buyer couldn’t access the property and we potentially lost a sale.

Most seriously, Cubitt & West lost our keys. We were initially handed someone else’s key and later told ours had been lost, creating a serious security risk. Only a replacement key was offered, so we are now in the process of changing the locks & covering this cost ourselves following advice from our insurer.

We also lost out on a prospective house due to miscommunication and poor handling. I would not recommend Cubitt & West.

Really pleased with all the help from Sales Progressor Julie. She was great with keeping us updated and explaining everything we needed to know along the way. Thank you for all your help Julie!
