Customer service is non existent and the lead times for delivery are a disaster - if you are looking to order something for 2024 you should order now so it arrives in time !

Great quality, late support, but worth the wait.

I love the quality of the products, but the last order was (initially) a big disappointment.

Last Sunday I ordered a camera bag at the online summer sale, got a "thanks for the purchase"-mail and was very glad to have found a good bargain at the sale. There were "only" four bags left when I ordered.

On Tuesday, I followed the link in the mail to see if it had been shipped yet. When I got to my order page, I see that the order is cancelled. No mail about it, no information. I also notice that the color that I bought is sold out.

I mailed them directly to get it sorted out and possibly change the order to something else. It took them a few days to reply, but they were then helpful and offered me another bag with the same discount.

Delivery is not included in the price…

Delivery is not included in the price unlike what's indicated on the site "All prices incl. VAT and plus shipping costs" that seems to indicate that shipping is included, misleading.
Product was good, delivery reasonable but not next day.

Not the best return experience

I purchased a bag that I sadly had to return because of a mistake. Their shipping was quick and the product looked of great quality. However, I followed all the return instructions on their website and after three weeks, I have not received an answer to any of my emails asking if the bag was properly received. The estimated return revision time stated on the site has passed and I have not received the money back.
EDIT: the shipment took a week out of the whole month of the process, it was not slow.

No response from Crumpler about return instructions

I like very much the Crumpler products and attitude and I have bought several bags throughout the years. However, the most recent experience with Crumpler has been unacceptable. In the end of May I bought a Dinky Di Messenger M that I received in early June. The bag didn't fit my expectations so I decided to return it. The problem started right in the return page of Crumpler.eu. I live in Portugal and this return page has return instructions for many European countries but (from an unknown reason, but that's another story), Portugal is not part of it. So, for the cases not covered, the instructions on the page are to send an email to the Crumpler returns email address, which I did in the June 14th. Until now I din't got any answer from Crumpler. I've resend the email two more times, meanwhile. This is not acceptable nowadays that a reputated company like Crumpler behaves like this towards a customer.

Satisfaction and advice for later

I like the design and the material of the bag quite a lot, and I am satisfied with the delivery in the sense that I got my package in perfect condition.
However, there is one thing I would advise for the firm to be better: when reviewing orders, show customers the link for the national postal service's package tracking site to clear up any misunderstanding and doubts about the delivery. I have only seen the confirmation of my order, and I have thought for 3 days it has not yet been posted, until I contactes the customer service. If the firm pays attention to this small detail, a lot of doubts can be cleared up.

Many thanks for for your interest in our products. We used to ship to Israel, but we encountered too many challenges when delivering to Israel in the recent past, so we stopped that. Several parcels got lost and all others took incredibly long (around 2 months) to get delivered.

We send with DHL, a very reliable carrier. Our experience with each shipment to Israel was that the parcel gets stuck at some point, nothing moves on in tracking and at some point, tracking stops working simply due to the fact that the tracking link expires after a certain period of time.
You get the impression that the parcel got lost – which sometimes is the case, but others get delivered a few weeks later, without knowing its whereabouts in-between.

I did not receive my order. DHL messed up again. Please do not use DHL anymore. They don't deliver!!!
