Great bags, poor after sales
I've bought a number of bags from Crumpler over the years, which are all brilliant. However I had a bag zip break last year, which was eventually repaired, after many attempts to contact. The zip has broken again a different part, I've tried contacting by phone, by email, by submitting the form and I've given up after 2 months of attempting contact. Not a reply from support at all. I'll have to cut my losses and go elsewhere, it's a shame, I won't be back.

Top bag and quick delivery
Quick delivery. The product is perfect for my need. I always carry my Macbook, my iPad pro 12.9 and some chargers, cables etc. The bag offers great storage, very well thought out and in a top quality. Love it !

Customer service : Spare part
I bought a Crumpler Wonder Weenie many years ago and is always good looking today ! Unfortunately the plastic clamp for shoulder strap ajustement broken and make the bag useless.
I wrote Crumpler customer service and they immediately send me, free of charge, a new spare parts ! Thanks a lot :)

Great customer service
I stood on and broke a clip on my nearly 20 year bag and customer sent me a selection of replacements due to the age of the bag. This is the oldest of 4 Crumpler’s in my household, all still going strong. Great quality bags, great customer service.

in the end, everthing's of crumpler quality
Orders work properly, but I submitted a warranty claim two times and got no response at all. I expected way more from crumpler.
After posting the review above, I was contacted by Crumpler and got a refund for the damage of the old backpack. Many thanks for the now very prompt response and uncomplicated solution!
