Great introduction to shiplife

As someone that is currently working on cruise ships specifically in revenue department I wish I had a tutorial like this before I went on ships. It gives a great detaililed explanation of not only the professional side of day-to-day is explained very accurately.

My experience have been great since day one because I am more enlightened through the various courses in the Academy.

My experience as I took the top 10 guest personality course

The piece was very insightful and enlightening. I now feel comfortable and more confident as I approach the clients because I now know the different personalities the guests have. The different types of client that walk in. It was really mind-blowing and knowledge nourishing. Thanks a lot for the course. I got to learn a lot am humbled.

I couldn't have a name witten on my certificate then what's the point of giving that certificate. "Presented to" what am i going to do with that?

The learning program is very efficient

The learning program is very efficient, giving the right knowledge to prepare oneself for life on board, guest & retail service.
You also get certification after completing the modules.
I will also give a shout out to the team for swift process they have when connecting a new CM with relevant companies.
