I loved this course because it teach How important it is to be consistent about what we say and How we act , as well as learn from feedback and use every tool to build a brand that really shows who we are and what we want to represent . Guest Service in Cruise Retail

I just completed the Learning About Guest Service in Cruise Retail course through the Cruise Retail Academy, and I have to say it genuinely exceeded my expectations.
The content was sharp, practical, and relevant. It didn't feel like a box-ticking exercise. It felt like real preparation for working in one of the most unique retail environments in the world. The course broke down guest service in a way that was easy to absorb but never oversimplified, which I appreciated as someone actively pursuing a career in cruise retail.
What stood out most was how applicable everything was. You're not just learning theory. You're learning how to think, engage, and deliver in a high-expectation, multicultural, onboard setting.
The platform itself was smooth, the material was well-structured, and it's clear the Academy genuinely cares about the development of its members. I can already see how this knowledge will serve me when I step onboard.

Once again I want to extend my sincere gratitude for this opportunity.
My experience has been great so far for the training modules in the Cruise Retail Academy
The interaction with Mr Adrian in the interview also showed alot of support, he was very attentive, calm and patient. He's also a good mentor and helpful.

I already work in retail on land

I already work in retail on land. Long hours of standing, meeting new people, having nice and difficult customers. I get along with all my colleagues. I know that I'm ready for a cruiseship journey though it's gonna be a different environment. I learned so much from this and I'm thankful for the knowledge. It has prepared me. Thank you

I want to thank the Cruise Retail Academy for helping me grow my career both mentally and physically. This course have help to have a clear way to navigate my career path, to successfully advance professionally by using measurable, achievable ,relevant and time bond (smart) goals. Learning how to build my personal brand, how you see 👀 your self and how you want others to see 👀 you.
