The service rep listened to May issue and promptly looked to find out what may have caused the billing issue.

I'm from Sweden but will write this in English. I bought the Duo Maxx and Culla Maxx. I had a problem with the Culla's inner poles, specifically the back wall pole as it was nearly impossible to insert the pole, support (Viki) showed me a trick she's been using. She sent me a personal video. It was a very out-of-the-box thinking however when I tried her method I shaved off a chunk of material because the fit was very tight for me. Viki asked if I wanted a new pole that was slightly shorter but it was with a shipping fee to Sweden for €17. I just cut the pole by 2,5cm and that fit perfectly. Viki said 'You know what, I'll send you the pole anyway without charge'. It's to be 2cm shorter than 110cm originally. Awesome girl and her voice is nice to listen to lol.

What a great way to sleep outdoor. I think this is one of the qualitative outdoor sleeping camping equipment one could use in any weather condition. Wish to have the opportunity to buy another cocoon for my sister.

Although we had a hiccup with the order, the Crua team reacted in an efficient and courteous manner.

On june 5th we ordered a Crua Aer 2 rooftoptent via the website of Crua. We got an e-mail that confirmed our order with number 1074, placed by my boyfriend Duriau Cédric.
On juli 21th we got an e-mail with a track and trace for the containership that shipped our order. The e-mail also said that the eta would be september 7th or maximum one week later. This e-mail on juli 21th was the last we’ve heard from Crua.
On september 5th we send an e-mail to Crua where we asked an update on our order since it still was not delivered. We did not get an answer yet.
On september 8th we send an Instagram message to Crua but didn’t get a response.
Then on september 12th we send another e-mail asking for an update.
To this date we still didn’t hear anything from Crua since juli 21th.
We are getting worried now. We are hoping to finally get a response from Crua via this medium.
UPDATE:
The day after we wrote this review, we were called by Crua. We were told that due to movements within the company our e-mails sadly got lost. Also something went wrong with the track and trace because we never got this for the tent, online for the ship it was on. The same day we also got a call from the Antwerp port where our Crua Aer apparently was still stuck. We made an appointment for delivery. The 26th of september our Crua Aer was delivered without any problems or delays. We immediately started setting up the rooftoptent on our car.
The set-up went smoothly, and we LOVE LOVE LOVE the Crua Aer 2. The used materials seem solid. The skylight is the best thing! We can't wait to travel with this tent.

I had ordered a hammock as a Christmas gift in 2022, and only now, 10 months later, discovered that I didn't receive the bug net that was supposed to be included, silly me. Customer service promptly replied to me and set up a replacement right away, no questions asked. Amazing!

I have the hammock set myself and I'm so happy with it, the ease of setup and everything. I know the receiver of the Christmas gift is also very happy with it! Couldn't recommend more!

I just want to thank Crua costumer service team specially Viki, the service since I both my tent has been excellent, they answered all my questions straight away. Customer service is amazing and the best in comparison with other companies that I had deal with in the pass, I must say the quality of their products is excellent too .

I purchased my tent a few years ago it’s made camping a breeze with setting up and also the cocoon keeping me warm. I must have gotten it too close to the fire I noticed little holes in it. The support team emailed me the same day and sent out a repair kit! Thank you so much!

Great company to work with!!

While there was a production delay on the manufacturing side, customer support was very patient and truly helpful in answering all my inquiries, been able to track my order during sea freight and when it arrived in their warehouse. Today I just received my RTT and super excited in setting it up so we can test it outdoors.
