During a trip to Spain we experienced a problem with our tent, I contacted Crua and left a message. Very promptly Viki returned our call and as we had taken several photograph we were able to supply Crua with a resource for the problem. Viki once again contacted us in a timely manner with a resolution to the situation and we agreed to help further for Crua to understand the problem. Viki has been amazing, she was efficient and had empathy for out predicament and was able to put at ease with a satisfactory outcome. Viki is an asset to Crua for her great aftersales care and we felt like valued customers throughout the process of resolution, she was friendly, polite and very helpful. As a company, Crua, have developed some great equipment to enhance an outdoor lifestyle whilst putting customer service at a high level of importance to them, this is a rare commodity nowadays and it has been refreshing to experience being a valued customer. I placed an order with Crua and worked with Jessie. He called me and took care of everything. Jessie not only looked into my issue but made sure to message me back when I did not get back to him. That is so rare these days to have such incredible customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I received my coupon. Also, the product quality is amazing. I am looking forward to camping now.

Best blanket I've ever owned / hope to own. Stiching did not hold up well to repeated but careful machine washes - (after almost 2 years of almost nightly use). Emailed support - my request resulted in request from Crua for photos. Shortly after receiving them free warranty replacement was authorized. New blanket coming in new order box. No need to return old one. (Lying comfortably under it now)!

I love Crua tents, and the support was great but they had advertised their lightweight tent at the wrong weight (it double what it was supposed to weigh). They were very sorry and have put that right now and refunded me but it was a waste of time.

We are a young family living in central Texas and always looking for opportunities to go camping. But tents designed in the US are not at the same level as the tents in Europe. Ive always been a big fan of the Crua tents and I am glad that they have decided to come to the US. I purchased the Core and the Culla Family but I returned it because I am more interested in the tunnel tents. I got the Quad and have not used it yet but am excited to soon. Returning the Core and Culla was easy and the team was responsive. But I had to drive to their warehouse since shipping the tents back is very expensive. It would be nice if Crua would pay for return shipping. But the people I met at the warehouse, Jesse, are very nice and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet them. Crua tents are the way to go. Add on an Ecoflow Wave 2 AC and it gets very cozy.
