We’ve recently moved into our new build home at Hermitage Park Aylesford and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire journey. From the very beginning, the Sales team—Sue, Suzie, and Marta—were absolutely wonderful. They were warm, approachable, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. Their professionalism and kindness made everything feel smooth and reassuring.

Equally impressive was the Site Management team. A huge thank you to BM Andrew Johnson, PM Neil Haywood, SM Phil Dyk, ASM Gregory Peake, and ASM Charlie Pullen for their dedication and attention to detail. They were always available, helpful, and committed to ensuring our home was finished to a high standard. Their teamwork and care really stood out.

We’re so grateful to everyone involved for making this such a positive and memorable experience. Thank you for helping us settle into a home we truly love!

I want to be clear that I have already left one review for Croudace, but that was mainly for the purchasing side of things.

I have lived in the house for 6 months now and want to comment on, and congratulate them for, their post sales customer care.

As with any new home, we've had a few snagging issues, totally expected it, but the care and attention received from their customer service team is way above what I expected. Specifically Suzanne Palser, who has been our allocated contact, couldn't have been more professional and pro-active. We really value the care we have received since moving in.

Also, I can't praise Alin enough, he's been to sort out a couple of things since we moved in, can turn his hand to anything. Does an excellent job, you know he cares that you are happy.

Both are a credit to the company, but seem to be indicative of all the people I have dealt with.

The sales team were great, extremely helpful at every interaction. We love our new home!! We have also had a really great experience so far with both the site management team and the guys/girls working on site. Always friendly and helpful!

We visited the Codicote site when they first opened and it was an odd set up to start with but once the show homes opened it changed in a huge way. The show homes are built at top quality, we can really see ourselves living there. When we visited to see the show homes the lovely smiley lady from the first time we came is still there. She was busy with other customers but she still made us feel welcome. While we were waiting our turn we had a quick chat over the Kensworth and she arranged for the site manager Libby to take us on to the site to view the location of the plot we are thinking of. Libby was very friendly and knows a lot about the build and was happy to show us.

Once we came back to the sales office the lady spent time with us showing the plans and choices available. Although we are still thinking which one to buy, we wanted to express our very positive experience from this site. Great sales and site team working there.

Croudace have thought very well with the space of the designs and the overall site itself.

We recently moved to our new Croudace home from an existing Croudace property. Excellent service, highly professional, caring and considerate. The new house has exceeded expectations!

The sales team were great. Very patient with us as we were going back and forth on plots. We decided not to go forward as the plots were just not right for us and we did not agree with the ground rate fee. The houses were very well finished which was great but houses of that size you expect a double garage which was not the case on one of the designs we were interested in. The Paddocks is a fantastic location for someone wanting country style living but close to facicilites.

Our journey with Croudace at Hermitage Park has been a genuinely positive one. From the first viewing to moving in, the sales team were attentive, friendly and incredibly professional. As with any new build, we found a few minor snags after moving in, but Croudace have been quick to acknowledge them and some have already been resolved efficiently. We feel listened to and taken seriously. Thank you Suzanne and team.

The house itself feels well built, with quality finishes and a layout that works perfectly for us. We’re really pleased with how everything has come together and feel confident we made the right decision. A big thank you to the team at Hermitage Park!

Can't thanks enough in words for two helping gems Kevin and Gary. They have been in area since we moved in 4 years ago and pops up for every help. Great folks at hand with lovely smile on face and accurately complete jobs with dexterity. Thanks for very recent shower fix in en suite which we were struggling to get it fixed from past 3 months. Kudos to you guys and croudace team😁

We reserved a plot in November 2024 with a completion date in late winter-early spring 2025. We have completed and got the keys on 14th March 2025, before the long-stop date agreed.

Laurie was amazing and the whole team was really helpful and answered all our questions. We have used their recommended mortgage broker and solicitor and honestly we couldn't be happier, they worked for us on all aspects and they prioritised our interested at all time. Now, 3 months after completion, we had a few small cosmectic things to report, nothing major, and customer service dealt with it very professionally and in a timely manner.

Alin, one of the contractors, did some fixings and he went above and beyond to fix a couple of additional things that ocurred between the time we reported and when we agreed for him to come and complete the job.

Sam attended to fix a couple of snags we reported a few months after we moved in. He was very professional, kind and respectfull. Absolutely amazing work.

We appreciated that the sales team talked with as plainly and humanely, and they didn't use the sales language and marketing disingenuousness. They were sincere about the advantages and disadvantages of the plot/site, which in case there were any issues at least we were prepared for them, fortunately we did not have any.

They also used very good quality materials to build the house and did not go with the cheapers options just to meet the minimum legal criteria in all aspects.

I received excellent 5-star service from Alin! He painted over a stain on my bathroom ceiling, adjusted my internal doors (three doors) so they close properly, and fixed my balcony door that wouldn’t close due to the expanding aluminum frame. Everything was done perfectly. Thank you, Alin, and thanks to Croudace Customer Care!

Danni was really welcoming when we came to visit the development. She gave us the time to explore the houses and was able to answer any questions we had.

The site is a really lovely site that has clearly been well thought out. The houses that we saw were finished to a high standard.
