Everything was quick and easy, the guys came out and measure the blind and offered a variety of choices. When fitting the blind they were in and out in 10mins! We will definitely be back to get the rest of our house done.

We needed something that was going to completely black out the room. Ross was able to come out to see us quite quickly, was able to advise on what would work best and got everything measured up and ordered. The blinds were fitted within the timeframe advised, very neat job done and the product is great.

I like to use family run businesses when I can, and I'm certainly not disappointed. From the Ladies I spoke with in the shop, Yvonne and Mel, to Ross who came out to measure for the blinds and to Steven & Lewis who fitted them today.....all are friendly, courteous and helpful. The cost was very reasonable and the materials were better than I expected. Steven & Lewis turned up on time which is refreshing and the installation was done quickly. I'm very happy with the complete service. I will be using Cross blinds & Shutters for my next lot of blinds. Highly recommended....thank you

There was a small blip in that one of the blind rails was a wee bit too long but it was quickly sorted less than a week later, the blinds are really good the lads that fitted them were rapid in fitting them all in all an excellent service

These were fitted by 2 very courteous men. No mess and quick fitting. I was asked to leave them till tonight to use but they showed me them closed...blackout is very good. I hope they do help with the cold from my windows.
