I got the wrong set of dice on the first delivery however the team at Critical Kit promptly offered to send over the right set shortly after they were notified of the issue. Great service !

First class product, second class delivery
First time customer so having taken other customerreviews on board, I placed my order. Purchased on bank holiday evening so expected Tuesday dispatch, with 48hr delivery, items in hand by Thursday Friday. Like others here have stated, there was an unexplained delay so my items arrived the following Monday. I did receive a confirmation of dispatch email but not until I had asked for one. All said and done however the items arrived undamaged, are exactly as pictured on their site and feel of good quality. Asides from the delay in receiving the items, I would purchase from CriticalKit again.

Hey Chris, thank you for your honest review. Dealing with the positive stuff first, we're glad you like the product, and we do our best to ensure everything is of a high standard and quality-checked.
Regarding delays, this year we have increased the number of conventions we have been attending to meet our customers face-to-face. However, this has come at the cost of reduced staff in the office and has resulted in delivery delays. We are actively working on this, including a remote service for us to prepare orders to be picked and packed no matter where we (the owners) are in the world. We are a family business and growth has come with a few issues to overcome but useful feedback such as yours helps us on the journey.

Arrived quickly and very pretty! (oh no i've become a dice goblin)
Dice got lost in the post the first time but when they were re-sent they showed up very quickly! Big fan of the completely random set I got!

Liquid core chonk d20 (black hole sun)
Liquid core is off centre, but doesn't seem to affect rolls. Face numbers aren't engraved to an even depth on all faces, but number painting was consistent. Item (listed as in stock) was not dispatched on the day of purchase, so delivery via Royal Mail 48hr delivery actually took 4 days from purchase to receipt.
I like the product and the delivery delays were frustrating but acceptable, so I would probably give this company a second shot.

Unfortunately, we have a cut off for 2pm for same day delivery, so your order was posted the following day. Any further delays are down to Royal Mail which is out of our control. We do offer tracked shipping as standard, so you can always check the progress of your package.

They were great about giving me an earlier set
I only found out about the pride month charity set after it was past the point to order that months box but after messaging them they were able to give me one of the sets they had left over,
I didn't have any confirmation or follow up before they did this so it still ended up being a surprise and the dice and the pin all look great and I admire the work to send some of the proceeds to a beneficial charity,
I'm keeping my subscription going in the hopes it'll help them help more people and ofcourse who doesn't need more dice!
