Crafter's Market UK Reviews 

Really lovely experience so far. My business supplies local stores and does most of it's trade on Etsy, and I'm looking to transition off it as quickly as possible. Etsy truly are as immoral, inhuman and greedy as everyone on TrustPilot says they are (they are a giant American company who will rip money away from sellers and buyers at any opportunity), and their end is coming. We need Crafter's Market to be there when Etsy falls - and hopefully help that fall happen.

This platform is sleeker, more reliable, better looking, better functioning, fully protected from awful imports and the items on there are far better quality. The whole experience just blows Etsy away, both from the buyer's end and the seller's. They're entirely British and you can feel it.

I have a number of selling channels, but I'm fully populating Crafter's Market with my chopping boards (they're super cool by the way - check out Life Boards UK on Crafter's Market) because I want to be part of their success story, and I want it to be a significant part of my business.

Once the word gets out there to customers, this platform WILL start to displace Etsy, and the UK will be better off for it.

Just started selling on CMUK what a refreshing change to have the site owners actually care about handmade rather than you know where which is now full of junk!

The site is fantastic to use as a seller and I’ve tried them all trust me!

Shop was easy to set up and looks really fabulous. Obviously not sold anything as I’ve only been on a couple of days, but very much looking forward to a long term relationship on this platform.

I've had my shop quite a few years now. It's run by a small but dedicated team who really want to make it the best platform. It's small at the moment but, with more people joining and selling, it would definitely get the financial boost to make it the best online craft selling platform.

The interface is easy to use and, if there is anything you are stuck with, help is always on hand quickly. There is a good knowledgebase to work through if that's the way you prefer to do things.

When I can dedicate my time to sales I have got good sales. For me, it really is just a time thing. If you have the time to put in and make the effort then you will do well. It is great value for money too and beats all the other platforms I have tried hands down!

I have no problems at all, no billing issues, no problems being paid my money and the team that run CMUK are lovely, helpful, friendly and dedicated people.

A breath of fresh air to find a jewellery designer as excited about creating their unique pieces as her customers are in wearing them. I am looking forward to being stopped by admirers when wearing various pieces of mine & will highly recommend this gifted designer who never minds you enquiring about a special personal design or a special stone. Will definately be back.

All went very smoothly and product exceeded expectations.

Started off on their Facebook group when I was thinking about setting up an online shop for my crafts. Wow! A community of independent crafter's supported by each other and the opportunity to use a platform managed and run by people who not only get what the Crafter's need but understand what the most important people - THE CUSTOMER - needs. The whole experience of setting up my online shop, processing my first order and ensuring my customer is happy has been a pleasure. I've had positive feedback from my customers about their purchase experience which gives me peace of mind and time to focus on what I love doing - creating!
