Very useful app with regular emails from them with information about my finances it’s always good to know what’s happening with them.

Credit Karma, really helpful in guiding me through all options available to me, helping me to keep my finances in good order and in suggesting good ways to reduce outgoings, therefore giving me more in my pocket!!

A really valuable tool and helps me to feel financially 'safe'. Excellent service, especially as it's free.

This company never has your correct credit score! They constantly put false numbers and financial history, dont trust them ! If you want your real score ask a legit highly ranked trusted source company like your bank or your credit card company.

I have this app but can't do anything with it and I try to ask no help at all so I can't use this at all not happy try to remove it I can't

Brilliant company..with so much fraud and cons in this world it's nice to know we're you stand with your credit rating and who has been checking you out..a few years ago someone of same name but different address had appeared on my credit file..this was all sorted in days..thank you.

I love credit karma! it not only allows me to keep track of reports on my credit file by the quick access app, but I can see new offers on loans, credit cards and more. Keep doing what your doing credit karma.....thanks

Credit Karma’s response to a fradulent account matter has been unacceptably slow and inadequate. A fraudster was able to establish a rogue account for the apparent purpose of conducting reconnaissance on my credit profile, yet despite this being reported, there has been very limited engagement or meaningful action taken to investigate or contain the issue. The continued existence and operation of this fraudulent account raises serious concerns about the effectiveness of Credit Karma’s fraud prevention and account verification procedures.

More concerning is that the fraudulent account still appears to be carrying out soft searches against my Transunion credit profile. This ongoing activity demonstrates that the matter remains unresolved and exposes me to continuing risk of further misuse of my personal and financial information. I would expect immediate escalation, suspension of the rogue account, and clear communication regarding the steps being taken to safeguard my credit file and prevent any further unauthorised access.

Great service ! It gives me peace of mind that all my finances are in order and also when they are not- knowing at the earliest time possible gives me the chance to put any problem in order !

Great experience using CK. Was very helpful when I was trying to get a mortgage. Also gives a detailed perspective on how credit reference agencies operate so as to stay on top of borrowing. Always recommend.

Easy to use , loads of updates easily explained

It’s a handy tool to have at your fingertips. Having read some of the other reviews it seems a lot of users don’t understand how CK works and unfairly marked it down.

The only issue I’ve found is the fact that facial recognition doesn’t work and never has but putting a PIN number in isn’t exactly hard to do.

One suggestion would be to look at their own monitor suggestions and then tailor offers around that. For example, “try not to open any more accounts within 6 months” but then constantly hampered with offers for new accounts.
