Products are acceptable Quality, but customer service is not good.
I bough 5 Units of the STYLANCE, and they sent me 3 old and 2 new ones. The style of the new one is improved, and when I asked for a decorative piece missing in the old ones I asked for it. The answer from Customer service was that the piece was not part of the product, when clearly it was part of the latest edition of it, but they do not want to do the effort of sending the piece for the old units.

Service and shipping is slow and frustrating, but products received and returned does happen over a period of time. Unfortunately (if not living in Spain), the waiting time is longer and one is completely reliant on filling in forms on the site to return an item, but it does happen. My trust was low due to delayed response.
On a more positive note, I'm extremely happy with the Wipebot Pro - my windows have not been cleaner and it is much easier to reach high outside windows that I'm unable to do in person. Price-value is great. Can highly recommend. Only downside is that the corners is more difficult for the robot, but for the benefits it brings, an easy one to forgive.
Also love my new Thera Retro Pro. Beautiful design and makes a great cup. Warning though, read instructions before use and make sure to do callibration properly. It is a bit slow if you have a big family and the milk frother very noisy. Appreciate the lovely cappuchinos it makes and love that I don't have an extra 'milk frother"standing around on my kitchen top. Recommend.

As I've read in all the other reviews, this company doesn't communicate. I placed an order for two fans on June 11, 2025. Only one was delivered. After sending several emails, I haven't received a response to the question of when the second fan will arrive. My colleague's email also remains silent. You can't call them either. It's been three months now... and we still haven't heard anything.
It's not nice to feel like you're being ripped off.
I gave them two stars because the one product we received was of good quality.

I purchased a Soda maker and bottles at the begining of August. After a couple of emails, I've finally got a trackiing number but it has been stuck at En Redur Internaciona since the 25th August. It's nearlly a month since I placed my order and it doesn't look like it's arriving soon.
Dissappointed as the delivery cost is almost as high as the Soda maker I purchased but there's no sign of it.

We purchased the Wind Large 40W. Unfortunately, our dog accidentally damaged the remote control. Since then, it has been impossible to contact your customer service team. We have sent several emails and messages via WhatsApp, but the only replies we received came from an automated bot.
We were not offered any option to purchase or replace the remote, which has been very disappointing. Unless this issue is resolved promptly, we will have no choice but to stop purchasing from your company in the future.

I bought a fan from this company 3 years ago and had no problem. The fan has a LED panel which is not repairable using a standard LED panel and you are forced to buy it from CREATE and pay the same price for shipping as you are paying for the part. Luckily, I needed to buy a new fan so I bought a new panel and fan. This was the beginning of August. We are now a month later and the company haven’t given any tracking information and keep refusing to refund delivery. I don’t understand what has happened but they’ve now stopped responding to my emails. I’ll be taking this up with my credit card company.

I bought two ceiling fans for my wooden house. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and chose plastic models. Since then, it has been impossible to get in touch with their customer service: no reply regarding a return or a voucher, as I would like to receive 100% wooden models instead. There is no phone number available… In short, it’s been several days with no response from their service. I have tried different procedures, but nothing works. Personally, I do not recommend this company, as after-sales service is really the foundation.

I bought their vegan milk machine online and experienced a speedy delivery. So far so good. I used the product for a few weeks and went on vacation; when I came back I tried to use the machine and it seemed that something had happened to the controller software in the meantime as it could no longer execute the programs to make plant milk and instead got stuck on the first grinding level. This led to overflow and the LED lights indicating an error. After some tests designed to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong, I went to their website and requested a return. This was a week ago and they still haven't acknowledged or processed my request. I like their merchandise but am turned off by their lack of response, with no telephone numbers given and no AI or real-time chat. Their troubleshooting/warranty pages are a hopeless mix of English and Spanish. To me this is indicative of a lack of the professionalism one would expect from a company operating internationally.

Bought a music player, it didn't sound correctly and the materials were poorly made. I opened a refund, sent it back and NOW, more than a month later I get an email saying they are sending it back again to me. What I want is my money, not the poorly built music player. And there is no possible way to contact a human being.

I ordered a ceiling fan, received it, installed it and discovered it wasn't silent at all.
Customer support accepted me send it back. I bought a new fan meanwhile, since the heatwave was coming. This one does the job nicely.
They accepted the return and offered me a credit for a futur order while the general conditions of sale explicitly mention credit card refund.
Please send my money back.

I bought an air conditioner from CREATE. For the first 2–3 days, it worked perfectly. However, about a week later, the AC stopped cooling and only worked as a ventilator (no cold air was coming out).
I reached out to CREATE, but it took forever to get a response. Finally, after weeks, they asked me to fill out a form, answer a long list of questions, and even make a video with a thermometer to prove that the temperature wasn’t going down. I even had to go out and buy one just for this.
Then, a month after sending in the video, I finally got a reply:
"I received a return label and was told I have to ship the AC back myself, which is massive to a carrier point. I also need to pay the shipping costs myself, and they will inspect the unit. If they decide there aren’t any malfunctions, the costs will once again be charged to me. On top of that, if the AC gets damaged during transit (something completely out of my control), those costs will also be passed on to me."

Ordered a fridge and a toaster. The fridge was delivered, the toaster was not. When I send a polite message, I got an email that said: both were delivered according to our system. Total silence after that. Tried to communicate with them through several different channels, no reply.

On their own site under "contact" there is a FAQ but can't for the life of me find an email adress or phone number.

I have a ceiling fan bought a couple of years ago and need a replacement remote control. I have tried lots of ways to get in touch and still cant find a way to order one.
I love the products but the follow up customer service is terrible!

J’ai acheté une machine à gaufres qui est arrivée avec une prise cassée, et j’attends également toujours un réfrigérateur dont la livraison prend beaucoup trop de temps. Sans contact téléphonique, je me sens complètement bloquée et laissée sans soutien.
Cette situation est à la fois frustrante et décourageante.
I am extremely worried and disappointed that I cannot find a proper phone number to speak with someone directly. It is honestly unacceptable that a company as large as Create does not provide a clear way to resolve urgent issues with a real person.
I purchased a waffle machine that arrived with a broken plug, and I am also still waiting for a refrigerator that is taking far too long to be delivered. Without a phone contact, I feel completely stuck and unsupported.
This situation is both frustrating and discouraging.

I requested a return within the withdrawal period and opened the incident #6890202. However, the case has been stuck at the status "Pending confirmation" for several weeks, and I have been unable to reach support to move things forward.
