Nothing can improve in this store,everything looks aesthetic and modern and affordable etc compared to the rest,until you made a purchase without reading reviews or trying your luck,avoid at all costs,you will receive an unresolved problem not your product,i ordered the oh so modern robot vacs,that i never received,from June to August,only 3 replies from them,refusing to refund you back and promising a replacement of missing item,that replacement never came also,good thing i used klarna when i purchased it,they tried their best to help me,it took them long also to resolve it as this store refuses to coordinate with them,after months they settled on refund but without me paying the shipping fee of 38 pounds,that shipping that never happened,i was so excited browsing there products at that time,i even planned to buy the hair straightener after i will receive the 1st purchase,so glad i didnt buy them together,it would have been a regret of the year,AVoid and look somewhere else

I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed! The products we order - ceiling ventilators - are nice. But they arrived without wall mounted controllers, for which we paid an extra, and since then it has been MONTHS of attempting to get our money back. There is a complete lack of communication from costumer service, they keep sending us to fill out the same forms over and over again - instead of just replying to my problem, and now they ask me to provide an image of the opened but untouched box, which we received a long time ago. This is unacceptable! I feel like im working full time to convince them to own their mistake and pay me back the extra fee I paid (noteworthy: it's a small amount, especially in comparison to the total of the order). I've never seen such bad service, and I shudder to think what will happen if one day I'll have a serious problem with the ventilators.

Customer service is not responding for…
Customer service is not responding for more than 6 weeks, no email to reach them, same chat bot in whatsapp. My ventilator started making noise after 1 year, not sure i would buy again.
The answer below is an answer that I have been recieving since 8.8 from their "attentened?" whatsapp chat.

I must admit I had many doubts before buying a fan from the Create website, as I had seen several negative reviews. I was concerned about the product’s quality and the delivery time, since I needed it urgently to take to Brazil. To my surprise, everything went very smoothly: the fan arrived quickly, works perfectly, and has amazing power. I liked the model so much that I’m already buying another one! Of course, everyone can have a different experience, but mine so far has been excellent. I purchased directly from create-store.com and, based on my experience, I can confidently recommend it.

Woodworm infestation in fan blade.
I had a really unfortunate experience with CREATE.
Upon receiving the fan, it became apparent that the fan wooden blades were infested with woodworm. Within two months of its arrival, three insects emerged from the fan, indicating a potential infestation in my home. Given the extended larval cycle of woodworm (2-3 years), it is evident that the wood was already infested before the fan was delivered. However, this was not something I could have detected until the insects emerged.
I reached out to the customer service team to report the issue and discuss a possible resolution, but I was met with a disappointing response. Despite explaining the situation and emphasizing that woodworm infestation should be considered a material defect, I was informed that any complaints had to be lodged within 15 days of receiving the item.
I found this policy to be quite unreasonable, as it failed to consider the unique nature of woodworm infestation. It is widely known that woodworm can remain undetected for extended periods, and it is only when the insects emerge that their presence becomes evident. Therefore, expecting customers to report such an issue within a short timeframe seems impractical and unfair.
I would have appreciated more understanding and flexibility from the customer service team, considering the potential consequences of an infestation in my home. Woodworm infestation poses risks not only to the affected item but also to the surrounding environment. Addressing the issue promptly would have been in everyone's best interest.
While I cannot fault the quality of the fan itself, the lack of empathy and willingness to assist in this matter has left me disappointed. I hope that they reconsider their policy and provide better support to customers facing similar issues in the future.
* An update *
Somehow, this comment, which I had already submitted before, was removed, even though I had included the exact order reference. Now I can also add that, exactly two years after purchase, all three LED lamps (three different fans) stopped working. For the first of the three, I initiated a warranty claim. However, the procedure they required (sending pictures of the dismantled device, after I had already submitted a video of the problem upon their request) discouraged me from continuing—and from doing the same for the other lamps.
Hope that sharing this review can provide constructive feedback and raise awareness of this potential issue for other customers.

Disappointing Quality for a Supposedly Premium Fan + Poor Customer Support
We purchased a fan from Create Store, attracted by its stylish design and promises of premium quality. Unfortunately, the finish began to fade after just two months — and shockingly, it happened after the very first gentle cleaning. We followed their care instructions to the letter: only using water and an ultra-soft cotton cloth, aas stated in their manual.
Despite this, their customer service was slow to respond and completely dismissive. After days of waiting between replies, they quickly blamed us for “improper maintenance” without offering any real investigation or support. We even offered to provide a video demonstrating exactly how the issueoccurred, in real time — but they showed no interest and flatly refused to honor the warranty.
Given the price point and the brand’s “high-end” positioning, the lack of product durability and total lack of accountability are incredibly disappointing. You're paying for a premium product but getting dollar-store quality and robotic customer service. Save your money and stay away from these products they are just utter crap.

Worst customer service I’ve ever…
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a kettle to be sent to the UK and the product was listed as coming with a UK adaptor. We received the kettle but not the adapter so we tried calling—no phone number available. We searched for an email on the website—there was none available. We tried the a WhatsApp AI— it didn’t recognize my email or order number. We tried calling one of the retail stores—Google doesn’t let you call. So, how can I possibly buy anything in the future from this company if they don’t take care of their customers by being available! I at least need an email from them, but preferably I would like to speak to a human being and get my order fixed ASAP.

What a total disaster this company is!!
What a total disaster this company is. It’s all good until you place an order and then all communication stops. Their online chat is AI and doesn’t help in anyway. They don’t respond to emails and they don’t have a telephone number you can call. There delivery tracking doesn’t work so you have no idea where or when your order will be delivered. I waited 5 weeks for a fridge freezer to be delivered. Avoid, avoid, you’ll be driven demented!!

Hello this is the 3rd review. I've been busy about damaged goods from Create. I mailed all the photo's, filled alle forms in. I wrote 2 reviews. There is a promise that i will be contacted personally. That does not happen! You will get the goods back and I want my money back. You don't respond the mail, helpdesk is cancelled.

Total desaster. Super poor and cheap product quality. Two out of two products arrived damaged or non-functional. Customer support takes forever. Super complicated and annoying. After two months I still don’t have my money back.

They delivered a wine fridge with barely any packing foam.
When it arrived damaged they refused to honor the EU 14 day right of refusal.
Their support took over 2 weeks to answer any emails and refused to allow for a damaged product to be returned.
