I ordered a toaster on a friend's recommendation, and it arrived broken even though the packaging is not damaged, which means it was deliberately shipped in that condition. The customer service is unreachable, and I am unable to exercise my right to return the product.

Ordered 4 things. I had to wait 2 weeks before it arrived even though shipping says 3-5 days. Couldn’t find any contact information anywhere, every link led to the same page, every form led to the same page (the faq). The products smelled so chemical, the tosti iron is so small you couldn’t fit 2 pieces of bread. The rest is cheaply finished. I wanted to return stuff but couldn’t because I chose that i hadn’t received my stuff on the app. So when it arrived I wasn’t allowed to return it. Mind you I didn’t get the money or anything back, so I think it’s in my right to return? The only positive I have to say is that it arrived and that it looks good from afar.
Update: those numbers, emails etc. Are nowhere to be found. Aswell as im still not allowed to return anything.

I placed an order several weeks ago for 3 fans, spending several hundred euros.
The delivery took longer than expected, and when it finally arrived, the order was wrong: 2 out of 3 products did not match and were cheaper models.
Since then, I have submitted multiple requests to customer service (5 tickets so far). It has now been 3 weeks without a single response. The service is completely unreachable, except through an online form… which nobody answers to. There is no WhatsApp or email as they claim.
Even worse, my case was recently marked as “parcel received,” without any verification, while my other tickets - clearly reporting the incorrect order - were still open.
As a result, I am stuck with an incorrect, expensive, bulky order that I cannot even use, especially now that the hot season is coming to an end.
I will update this review if customer service finally contacts me and provides a real solution, here is my order QZAMDZBZJ.
At this point, my experience shows a serious lack of customer support and respect for commercial commitments.

I ordered fans at the end of June. I have still not received the fans. Create sent the fans with GLS which said they attempted delivery of the fans. They did not. I had no attempt of delivery and GLS is know on the island of Mallorca of being extremely bad and not having drivers get out of their vans and attempt delivery and rather say that they did. I have called Create 10+ times, emailed them 20+ times and still no fans. The last email I received said they were checking my fans were returned undamaged. I again pointed out that I've never received the fans so why would that be a concern - perhaps they are concerned with their own shipment service GLS. Zero customer service and they still have our money for the fans. I simply want the fans that we paid for delivered to our home which I paid for.

even if you buy through Amazon, you will have problems. I received a defective ceiling fan, which I had to pay €75 to the electrician even though it does not work. 28 July my return request through Amazon was granted, and I asked for the refund to be a credit on my amazon account. The fan was to be collected by Correos Express. They confirmed by email with the label and code. for 8 days after the collection date, still they do not appear. 08 August I return at a SEUR collection point. Again I have a email a confirmation it is collected. 15 August I confirm CREATE have received it. BUT no refund. Maybe 2-3 weeks more, they say. I do not trust them. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER

3 weeks since the return request was accepted and no refund. The CREATE response below is NOT sincere. They do not look at this situations individually. If they did, a defective fan would have been collected, replaced or refunded immediately. Instead I am still waiting 21 days later...and all we see is this response below to try and make themselves look good. I have not received any communication directly from anyone at CREATE apologising and promising to solve this case.
I will not contact them directly AGAIN, this I have done on 3 occasions and no one solves anything!

The door of the fridge only opens when you use a lot of power. And in the back of the inside a lot of ice devoloped over time. It is the the worst refrigerator i have ever had.

I ordered the "Winecooler XL" 12 days ago, but I have not yet received an order confirmation or any other response/update. It seems as though it is impossible to reach anyone at this company. To make matters worse, for reasons unknown to me, I am unable to open a claim via PayPal.

The products are beautiful, sure, but they just NEVER ship on time. If it says dispatch within 3 to 5 days, expect to wait a month before even getting an update. They simply do not care, and their customer support is non existent and carefully hidden, which is usually a sign that they have sketchy business practices.
Edit: it has been almost a month now and my « dispatch in 3 to 5 days » items have yet to arrive. Ah, and no, the Create team did not reach out to me, contrary to what they said under my review.

Asked for a sending back and refund.
They sent me only one code for the post office - when I have 2 items.
People complain on instagram! It seems to be a scam with no customer service.

I orded a ceiling fan and got it working about 4 weeks ago.
But there is a big problem because the wallmounted Bluetooth-switch for the ceiling fan doesnt work as it should.
The batteries are getting stripped of power in a matter of two days which is definetly not normal for a Bluetooth switch.
The other remote still works with its first pair of batteries, while the wallmounted switch is on its 10th battery set!!!!
I tried reaching the customer service. No reaction whatsoever. Im still waiting for an answer for the past one and a half weeks!!!
Not Everything is bad because the fan works fine. And the remote as well.
But this customer service experience ruins the total product for me!!!
Im about to take legal actions if the waiting should continue.

I ordered an Air fryer mist .Delivery took one month. After 6 months it started to make a funny noise, I sent it back for repairs only to receive a faulty replacement airfryer . They now refuse to answer my emails requesting a refund. The airfryer is still under warranty but they refuse to refund me because I was supposed to request a refund 15days after the replacement airfryer arrived.
I’m really frustrated by this .

Create France: I placed an order on July 5, 2025, with delivery estimated in 5 to 7 working days. Almost six weeks later, I’ve only received the fridge, while several other items are still missing — worth nearly €500, out of a total of €1382 paid.
Since August 5, I’ve been told that Create will send the missing items — but that some are out of stock, and I will be contacted “soon.”
That was days ago, and I’ve received no update, no concrete date, and no real solution.
I’ve tried contacting them multiple times via email, website forms, phone, and social media — and all I get are automated responses or silence. I cannot speak to any real person who can tell me when I’ll receive my order.
Meanwhile, the payment has been already charged.
What makes this worse is going on Instagram and seeing that dozens of customers are in exactly the same situation: ignored, delayed, and abandoned after payment.
This is not just poor service — it’s a complete lack of respect and professionalism.
Feeling of safety, the acceptable terms and conditions and details of the product.

One box had all the screws loose in the box, the other one had important screws missing. I want to return, which I communicated via the app last week, but other than a return number (6784637), I have not received anything. They are unreachable.
