DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Every single review that states they are scammers is true. I ordered January 1st and it is now close to the end of March and have not received any product. Asked for a refund and told a request would be put in and I would receive a confirmation email in 1-5 business days. It has been 7 days now since that and I have tried to contact them and have been ignored.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PRODUCTS NOR A REFUND, STAY AWAY FROM CCV!!!

Ordered from this company back in January. Its now March almost April. My order status is showing unfulfilled. I have made several attempts of communication with this company for all attempts to be ignored. I am now awaiting a refund that I am probably not going to get because this company is a scam. What you read here is true stay away from this company like its the plague

I should have read the reviews, when I ordered in January they said it would be a 15 business days, 60 days later still no update and I can’t seem to get my money back.

This place is a scam. Read recent reviews. They force you to take an insured shipping for $35 on anything that is discounted. They say it will take 25 days to ship, yet they delete your order tracking ID and say it hasn't shipped and ask for more time. As soon as you ask for a refund, they go silent. Reported to Wisconsin's BBB for their assistance. Not worth the hassle and currently out hundreds of dollars. Hundreds. Looking for people who want to do a big suit against this company for fraud. Please try and contact me if you do.

They are a scam ...I never received my product ,and no communication,
.That is suspect in itself. I am the one that made that mistake bc I did not do research.
This company Is definitely up to no good and to keep the customers lingering they send emails on how much they appreciate your business,,like a love letter because they are extremely nice even to tell you there fictitious names ....do not fall for it and I have gotten rid of my cc to a new number.

Been getting the runs around for months. I ordered last year on the end of December and Oggy keeps saying it will be shipped out in a few. Which I gave him a chance waited 3 months still got nothing. Asked for a refund, Oggy told me I would get a confirmation in 3 days never did. Had to dispute it with my bank but got my money back.

I ordered on December 1,2022. Here we are in March. Never received anything. All I received was email after email saying don't worry we are working on it. But still nothing. Last month I received a random text from two people Sam and Dan, the two owners. They assured me that my product was coming. They said the tracking information was coming momentarily. They lied. Hopefully this review will get there attention.

It worked I wrote this review and I went to sezzle and put in a dispute, because I paid through them. I kid you not within 24 hrs of me posting this review and putting in that dispute, they gave me my tracking information.

Finally received my product. So I changed it to 2 stars. It wasn't what I originally ordered, because what i ordered wasn't in stock. The owners offered me a different but better device. I chose to accept the substitute. It came in the color I wanted. I'm pleased now. That being said I will never deal with this company again.

I made an initial order of $225 on 11.11.2022 for a Crafty plus, and upgraded; paying a further $95 for a Mighty plus on 15.01.2023. Paying $320 total for a vaporizer. Cream City made false misleading email promises of offers of upgrades and compensation for delays multiple times, with promises they would contact me with upgrade offers, and with promised compensation(s) and apologies for the endless delays, which are now more than 4 months since initial order; and more than 2 months since upgrade. I have not received any product from Cream City, nor any upgrade(s) as promised, or even refund after email request(s) made. Cream City refuse to communicate with customers, are unresponsive (even to messages of concern), and will not answer telephone, SMS, email, or messaging.

Vape never arrived, no replies from company via email, insta, discord I think they are a scam. Don't give these guys your money, you won't receive anything

I’ve ordered from this company before with no hassle but after what’s happened to my second order I’m convinced this company is now a complete scam. I ordered something 11/4/22 and have emailed them several times to cancel and refund me after we got into 2023 and I still didn’t receive anything but have been getting the silent treatment. Do not ever order from these thieving scammers like me and several other people did.

I will be escalating this to get my money back and I hope the others that got scammed do the same.

I have been waiting for my order since November. This company is a scam. Scam artists! Stay away!!

They can't fill an order in 40 plus days, I receive emails from them from time to time talking about how long it's been and please if you cancel don't ask for credit refund, lol What a scam! Do not buy from them.

Cream city vape will stall and stall until you give up.

They pretend they will ship your purchase as long as you wait a little longer.

I was refunded my money after the pay app Sezzle opened a case & investigated Cream City Vapes. DO NOT buy from this company.

Ordered 2/3/23. Today is 3/8/23. Still nothing other than worthless emails and bonus points for my "patience." I remember these shipping standards from the 1970's. Remember "please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery?"
UPDATE 3/14/23: Visited the CCV website today and it has been taken down. Called my credit card company to follow up with CCV since they charged my card and never shipped my order. Run Forrest, run!

Cream city vapes communication and shipping times are awful. I was assured 3 separate times the longest wait would be 25 business days. It has been almost 50 business days and 80 total days since I ordered the product and still nothing. They keep making excuses about how small they are. Just send my damn product.

Placed order #S83290 for a Tera Boundless on 1/11/23 - this item wasn't and is STILL not listed as a product that was to have a delayed shipping time. After waiting two weeks I reach out via their sms support for a shipping eta, I don't get a response for nearly another week and that response is some generic copy/paste about how I should check the top of their website to see delayed shipping times and it'll be up to another 16 business days. Again my product was not listed on the blurb they referred me to, but whatever. 16 business days go by and not a peep. Suddenly I get a notification their sms support is now being discontinued but they will respond to emails as urgently as best they can. It's been about a month and a half at this point so I shoot an email explicitly explaining that I don't see this Tera vape listed as a product with a delayed shipping time and I just want some kind of eta here on when I can expect it. Days pass, silence. At this point I issue a chargeback through my bank because I've had enough. Suddenly within a matter of hours the owner replies to my email simply saying he processed my cancellation request, totally ignoring that for days I was simply just wanting an eta and only issued a chargeback as a last resort. Just a really sour experience that was unlike any other store I've dealt with.

I have sent two requests for my product or my money back!!!! I ordered in January it is now March I have No Product and no Money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM THEY are sooo busy!! THree months?????? They should be shut down!!! Better Business should be the best place u go to!! Then the Attorney General!!

3 months after purchase just keeps telling me it's delayed. One whole month of no contact. I have no idea why I haven't reported fraud to my credit card company to get my money back. Would not recommend AT ALL. There plenty of other store that will actually communicate, especially after I was so accepting of their first excuses about them being a small store with 3 employees. If you buy something and they don't ship it, don't say I didn't tell you.

Probably one of THE WORST companies I've ever had the displeasure of "doing business" with. I used the quotes because I don't consider my encounter with cream city vapes to be an actual business transaction. They kinda just took my money and disappeared.

Basically I bought my dad a pretty nice vape as a present. That was a month ago. They just occasionally send out an email that hints that you *may* be getting a tracking number kinda soon. Oh and you can bet your ass that they sure as hell don't answer emails.

I didnt find out how crappy they are until doing some research online a few weeks after I placed the order.

EVERYONE who has ordered online from these people says about the same thing: the product either never arrives or takes forever to show up. They also are really bad at communicating with customers.

The exact model vape I bought for my dad is actually available at the vape shop one town over but it is pricer. If I knew then what I know now I just would have paid for the more expensive vape.

IF YOU HAVE ORDERED SOMETHING ONLINE FROM CREAM CITY:

1) send them an email with the order number and the date of order asking for a full refund. Tell them you want a reply within one business day. There's prolly like a 1% chance of getting a refund from this email. You're only doing this because it will help when you get to step 2.

2) after the 24 hours have passed, call your bank or credit union and ask for the fraud department. Tell the fraud people that you sent money to cream city, they never sent the product AND they ignored your request for a refund. Tell the bank that you'd like to initiate a chargeback. This is when the bank yanks the money out of their account and gives it back to you.

You don't get the money back immediately. The bank first conducts an investigation. This is why you sent that email... It: 1) provides documentation that this transaction actually happened and 2) demonstrates that you tried to resolve things directly with the merchant but they were unresponsive. Both of these things help your case and you should get your money back.

One word of caution: DO NOT LIE TO THE BANK AT ALL. When you're talking with the fraud people, you're probably in an "under penalty of perjury" situation. Lying to the bank about this is a very serious criminal offense.
