Excellent service from start to finish.
Placing my oil order on the phone was very pleasant and clear, the price was in-line with different suppliers. They contacted me the day before delivery to confirm delivery would take place in the next 24 hours. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Trustworthy, reliable and friendly service!
We have been using Craggs for our skip hire business and for personal for a number of years now and we’ve always been really happy with the service they provide. It’s easy to get through to someone on the phone and deliveries are always on time. The drivers are all very helpful and always seem to be the same rotation of guys so that says a lot in itself. Special thanks to Hannah for your help recently :)

Fantastic company . Phil is sales was superb fully understanding of our Covid-19 shielding situation, and our local delivery driver was brilliant as always & also fully understanding of the situation. Consistently good price and service
We have used Craggs for a number of years now and we have consistently found them to offer a competitive price. We always select the 10 day delivery lead time as it is cheapest but rarely does it ever take that long. Phil was very helpful in looking into a problem we have had with a technical glitch on the web site when ordering.

Ordered oil last week after struggling with online rang and spoke to someone Explained I had struggled with ordering online. He was extremely helpful and sorted the order quickly and efficiently. He even rang me back later after speaking to their IT man and explained how to do it that way going forward it arrived the next day
We always use Craggs good service competitive price 👍
