Beautiful quality puzzle
The quality of the product was as advertised beautiful puzzles and challenging. We loved them so much we have framed them and hung in our home. I bought several for xmas gifts and will do so again. Our friends and family loved theirs.
I will grab some more to do on our winter holidays. Highly recommend the product

I ordered this puzzle 13 days ago and I still haven't received it. It's says 5-9 days for shipping. Not!!!!

Bought a wood puzzle for 30€ - First: the pieces are Not even fitting, so you cant puzzle with it. Second: several pieces fell apart before even getting to me. Would Not Order again. Waste of Money.

I placed my order on April 17th. I still haven't received any information. No tracking number nothing. I've sent 5 messages to them and no reply. Very unhappy about this. I'm waiting on 3 puzzles. Feeling like I've been scammed out of my money.

Love the puzzles. The quality & color is beautiful. Only thing l dislike is that I only bought the puzzles for a rainy day. A day when my anxiety is too much to handle. So on one of these anxiety filled days I decided to put one of the puzzles together. It took me a while to put it together but I was really excited about my progress. Imagine my disappointed at the end to realize a piece was missing!!! Ugggghhhh!

Love these puzzles. They are so addictive and keep your mind active. Started doing them in covid and haven't stopped. I have 31 puzzles on 2 walls. Great conversation starter and the grandkids love looking at them

The puzzles are unique and interesting to put together however, there were issues.
-It took forever to receive the puzzles after ordering.
-The boxes of some of the puzzles came crushed.
- Pieces are missing from 2 out of 4 of the puzzles I
have put together. One puzzle they did replace but
refused to replace the 2nd one because I couldn't
provide the order #. What kind of ordering system
doesn't keep order history for the company?
Based on missing pieces and refusal to replace, I will not be ordering in the future.

Purchased a $7.99, paid $9.90 for shipping. I live in Colorado, verified my shipping info, and it was shipped to someone in New Jersey. Their refund policy doesn't allow for refund of shipping costs...why?? Then they wanted me to pay another $9.90 to get it reshipped,,,where? If you couldn't do this simple transaction then you shouldn't be in business. Who knows how many times you've pulled this on people...but it is theift and you don't deserve to be in business. Yes...this was a small purchase, but it was an honest purchase with totally dishonest results. Never again will I do business with this crooked
business...and I hope no one else does either.

I love these puzzles so much I generally order 4-6 at a time. I find the quality exceptional and never hesitate to give as a gift too. I have contacted customer service and receive great support. Get some of their puzzles…you won’t regret it!

I missed one piece of the puzzle and instead of sending me the one piece I will be sent a complete new puzzle.

The puzzle was as the picture good quality and fast delivered. Great experience

I ordered two puzzles one of which was a Christmas present. I started on my puzzle today and the tips or ends of three pieces broke off. So what is the puzzle going to look like completed? I sent message to them and did get a response email from Anna Jones stating they got my email and will get back with me on Monday morning. We'll see.

Disgusting customer service which runs you around in circles, no customer service phone number and all done through messenger!
They use UniUni as a delivery service and they are disgusting too! Never got my package and the picture they took of it isn't even the right address or my front door!
I have been in a fight with both companies since January 10 2024. I called the Better Business Bureau on UniUni and they have had many complaints about them. CraftHub is the next call to the Better Business Bureau!
Go check "Uniuni" and CraftHub review sites, nothing good said about either and horrendous ratings with them being being flagged "red flagged"

BUYER BEWARE!!

I enjoyed receiving the puzzels. One was for myself and the other is a gift.
Its a diffrent way of making a puzzel and that's why i also enjoyed it. The finishing job is like a panting which makes it easy to use as picture on the wall which I will do!

Absolute rubbish quality item when received. Looked like someone had printed the label from a home computer on the jigsaw puzzle. Complained and sent it back which was confirmed as received. Cost more than the item to return to USA. Have had no further email replies about my refund despite being told it had been refunded.
Avoid this company!!

I ordered a Hogworts jigsaw on 5th Jan and admit I have been very concerned as I have not recieved conformation of order/acknowledgement of payment or Tracking details
I thought I had lost the money to yet again another scam company BUT lo and behold it arrived this morning (16th jan). Looks like a good product in a lovely well made box. The only reason I deducted 1star is the total lack of communication.

Ordered several puzzles on 12/16/23. I have yet to receive them and it is 1/12/24. I have emailed them twice with no response. Tracker says package is in Cleveland Ohio and it has been there since December 28, 2023. Very sorry I ordered from this company

I am so happy that I discovered these puzzles. They are beautiful and so much fun to do. I love how they include pieces of what the final partner is going to be. I believe I found my new obsession!
