Misleading and no customer service
Company name is misleading. This is a Chinese company. Shipping takes two weeks. We ordered eclipse glasses and we soon realised they would arrive too late. We sent a message to cancel the order on the same day that we placed it. Cancellation was no longer possible but we were assured that we could return the product. Once it was delivered (in fine order) and we asked about returning it, we were told that this is very hard and expensive because it needs to go all the way to China. Finally we were offered a 35% refund, which is very little. Both the website and the customer service are totally misleading. When you do place an order here, remember that returning it will be made as difficult and expensive as possible, and customer service will lie to you (probably a bot). So, one star for me. I will never order something here again.
