I ordered 3 weeks ago. Glasses were shipped to my detination only to be shipped back to Luxreaders. I have written 3 emails with no answer and they have my money and I dont have my glasses.
The glasses were seriously crooked. Customer service hopeless. Stay away.

As for the return, it can take up to 14 days before items you send back to us arrives at our warehouse, but I'm glad to see that you have received the refund now.

I am waiting 11 days for deliver my glasses, and guess…. Track and trace says “it is delivered at a pick up point”.
So i sent 3 times a mail, but no response!!
What a service.
In 11 days i could easely drive to Norway and pick up by myself!🤨

We delivered your order all the way from Denmark 5 days after it was made. Unfortunately, you were not available at home at the time of delivery and therefore, the package was delivered to the nearest pick-up service point, which appears via your T&T number.
I would like to emphasize that we responded your inquiry within our response time which is 48 hours on normal weekdays.
I can now see via your T&T that you have picked up your order. I hope that you are happy with your new Luxreaders 🤓
