Being first time buyers we were absolutely clueless as to what we were doing and jumped in both feet first! After having an offer accepted on our property I asked the estate agents for recommendations and Pete took no time at all getting back to me with a quote so we decided to go with Capital Property Lawyers and could not be happier with our choice!
Pete and his team made a stressful situation very easy for us and with me being away and out of the country for work commitments for the majority, the process wasn’t hindered at all and was all taken care of with little effort from ourselves, Pete and his team were always in contact with updates and kept us in the loop, the whole process took less time then we had anticipated I wasn’t even home to collect the keys! I would recommend CPL to anyone and already have.

When his workload becomes too much, he’s honest and admits he's too busy to take on more cases, ensuring his clients receive the exceptional service they deserve, without over committing himself. Conveniently, Peter has an office in our building, which makes identity checks and face-to-face meetings much easier for his clients.

Didn’t have to chase them once! Peter and the whole team made an experience that should be stressful, an absolute breeze. Working to help my Nan who is 87, they couldn’t have been more helpful and diligent throughout. We were kept up to date without having to chase at any point. Paperwork was out and signed.
