Fantastic company, hired a Vauxhall Corsa (opel), for 6 days. Excellent prices and friendly guys.
Pick up quick and efficient, went beyond the call of duty on way home as I forgot my phone in car. He came looking for me at the airport check in desk.

Excellent experience hiring a car with this company. Booking online was simple and efficient. Price was extremely reasonable and the car we were given was practically brand new. We were met at the airport by a friendly person and transferred quickly and comfortably to their offices. No hidden extras to pay and a reassuring half tank of petrol to allow us to get to a service station and fill up without feeling anxious in an unknown place! The same fantastic service when we returned the car a week later.
All in all, it was a great service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again, nor to recommend it to other travellers.

Reliable and professional
We hired a car from Coys for 5 days last month. The booking process was straightforward, prices, Ts and Cs clear and transparent and confirmation came quickly.

Where to start, this was our first time using Coys and it definitely won't be our last. Over many years we have used car hire companies worldwide including Alicante and without exception we can say that Coys was our best ever experience by a long shot. From the staff, the service, the price and the seamless efficiently from our airport pick-up, collection of car, documentation, to return of car and transport to airport,was hassle free. Coys car rental is probably one of the best, if not the best car hire company I have dealt with over many years of travelling abroad. The whole process from booking, picking up the car and the return was flawless. Airport pick up so easy, arrived within 10 minutes of my call and we were on our way to the car pick up premises about 5-7 minutes away. All the employees we came in contact with were great to deal with, no hard sell for any extras. I will definitely use Coy car rental next time I visit Alicante. Highly recommend them.

Had a fantastic experience renting with COYS. Transparent pricing, no pressured upselling at the counter, no hidden fees, a very competitive offer. Car was exactly as described and in a great condition with only 8000km on the clock. Unlimited mileage and free additional drivers offers great peace of mind. I am only deducting one star because I had to wait over half an hour for the shuttle from the office back to the airport. I understand this was beyond COYS’ control and it wouldn’t stop me from hiring from them again in future.

I have used Coys for many years now. They are a brilliant car hire company. Good cars at good prices and no rip offs. What you are quoted is what you pay. A family run company with a great personal service. They have been very accommodating over the years.

After a couple of days in Torrevieja/Guardamar, we realized that we needed a car as the taxi service is completely useless.

It was not easy to find available cars in the beginning of July, but we found COYS on google and sent a booking request. 30 minutes later we got a phone call from Heidi, saying they just got one car available in Torrevieja. One hour later we were sitting in a brand new Peugeot 2008, at a very good price.

And to explain the taxi situation, I tried calling 17 taxis that morning, both in Torrevieja and Guardamar, to take us from El Raso to Torrevieja. Two of the taxis could be there two hours later, at the earliest. So we had to ask a friend with a car to drive us.

Delivery at the airport at 0430 in the morning was no problem(Coys parking place is 4-5 minutes drive from airport) They have a minibus there that takes you to the airport.

Will definitely use COYS again!

Brilliant car hire company best value and service wouldn't use anyone else

I made recently made 2 bookings but had to change them due to work commitments. Heidi dealt with it swiftly and efficiently. Car Hire companies can be difficult to deal with in Spain at the best of times. A refreshing change to say the least. I will definitely recommend to all our friends and use again. Having heard lots of horror stories about car rental at Alicante, and also having experienced some of these myself, I did a lot of research this time and eventually stumbled across Coys. From booking the rental to picking up the car to dropping it off, everything was a cinch. Quick 5 minute minibus to their office from the airport and as I had provided all of my details before arriving, my car hire paperwork had already been filled in. Almost brand new Citroen C4 - real pleasure to drive. Fair fuel policy - you pay for what’s in the car and bring it back empty. We arranged to drop off at 0730 and they were ready and waiting for us. Quick look over the car, but we had a zero excess anyway so we weren’t very worried, and we were in the minibus back to the airport. All of the people we met were efficient, friendly and helpful - next time I’ll go straight to Coys rather than looking elsewhere.
