I bought 4 items ( trousers and blouses) from an advert in a Sunday magazine and was delighted with all 4. Order came quickly, very good value on 50% off offer.... lovely materials, comfortable, accurate sizing, and exactly as advertised.

I had to return an item .
I had to return an item which I left in its original packaging but destroyed the delivery note and outer bag as I very rarely return anything. Usually the sizing and style is spot on. However this relaxed fit jumper was huge. The colour, quality was fine but sizing really wrong. I had no problem with the return at the store as I had order number and the item was traceable with my postcode. Customer service was fautless and money returned promptly.

Quick delivery and excellent quality. I absolutely love the print and fabric of both the skirt and the denim trousers. The items are comfortable, well-made, and exactly as described. Cotton Traders never disappoints — I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend them.

Previously satisfied with my purchases
Previously satisfied with my purchases, however now left extremely disappointed.
I needed shorts, and picked out two pairs, both the rugby style ones, ordered my size as per their size chart, paid for next day delivery as I needed the quick.
They did arrive next day, I also ordered linin trousers which are ace, I tried on both pairs of shorts and both felt like they fitted well, was happy with the fit and length so cut iff the tags.
Next day I put a pair on, pulled the pull cord so I could tie it up and the fabric ripped. Great.. so put the other pair on, got ready for work and left. Not even 2 minutes down the road it was obvious despite ordering my size, now they had the usual things in my pockets added to my usual walking stride they were falling down and needed pulling up.
I tried (more carefully) tying the drawstring which didn't help, and in fact when carrying a box up some stairs my shorts fell to my ankles. Luckily no one saw.
I emailed Cotton traders early in the day, and so far no reply when previous emails were responded to within a few hours, asking how this could be rectified given theres no information on the website about what to do if a product rips before id owned them for 24 hours, and what to do if it becomes apparent products do not reflect the expected fit from their size chart, or if any refund is possible for products with tags removed.
So it appears cotton traders needs £44 more than it needs happy customers a d i really hope i have just experienced a noticeable decline in quality with products and service.

Easy to order, quick delivery, good price.
However, I ordered the size 14 but the shoulders are quite loose fitting, did not feel for me the 14 was a true size compared to others. Good quality though.

Good quality clothing at reasonable…
Good quality clothing at reasonable prices however the order was returned due to not being suitable for me, return process easy however mistakes at Cotton Traders caused a delay in refunding the money, several emails sent eventually a full refund less £2.95 postage issued, thank you to the customer services team who sorted this out.
