Ordered online for delivery to local outlet. Info said they would text when at outlet. Waited nearly 2 weeks then received an email to say how I was enjoying my new clothes!!!!!
Decided to ring the outlet and it had been with them for a couple if days. Not very impressed

Quality clothes and good to size. Great selection in store. Friendly, knowledgeable staff too.

Staff are always very pleasant and friendly particularly Karen the Manager and Pam the assistant today. Nothing is too much trouble. I enjoy looking around at the clothes rather than ordering from the catalogue. If there is something in the catalogue that I want for either myself or my husband the staff are happy to order it for me. Can't fault them. Today I bought two tops to join my lovely collection. Very happy with my purchase.

Trousers fitted well and very suitable for casual and outdoor an activity. Picked up from near by shop as Evri delivery not reliable.

Always helpful staff and so easy to pick up orders from here. A major plus is being able to try on the items, if necessary returning, or on this day going home with a very practical dress.

I always find what I am looking for the tops I have bought are so comfy and I get lots of compliments the trousers are a lovely fit and the right length.

Items came quickly but were too big. Returned to your outlet at Carnon Downs garden centre. Your member of staff was so helpful making the return and reordering easy

Let me start by saying that I am a big fan of Cotton Traders items - their long Windemere coat is the best I have ever come across but the most recent experience is a little different.
We ordered some stretch, water resistant walking trousers online for delivery to our local branch as it isn't large enough to staock everything.
Delivery was quick and, despite the 30 mile round trip, we were happy to make the journey.
I'm afraid the trousers didn't suit either of us so we had to return them but the member of staff at the branch was brilliant and sorted eveything out for us.
The refund came through very quickly and, in response to a request for feedback from their head office, I got an email apologising for them not fitting so well and that the detail would be passed on to the appropriate department for information.
That to me is excellent customer service both at branch and head office level.
Would that more companies followed Cotton Traders lead.

I really had high hopes for my SCARLET jacket. When it arrived, I was quite disappointed by the thinness of the jacket - it was more like a cagoule lined with lovely teddy bear fleece. The second issue was the appearance of the material, it was very cheap and creased looking, a pity as I loved the colour.
I usually take a 10 in a coat - it fit me but only whilst wearing a t shirt. I ended up buying a suitable coat from a garden centre in the sale for the same money.

As someone who cannot wear wool, your cotton knitted jumpers and cardigans are brilliant.
I love shopping at Carnon Downs and get great service from the lovely ladies there.
I wish you would do more of your footwear in a size 3 as you used to!😃

Sonia was so efficient, friendly and helpful dealing with my enquiry, she done exactly what she said she would do regards ringing me back within minutes, she tracked down the product I wanted from another store & got it transferred to her store which is closer for me to collect (excellent service) I couldn't of wished for better ... thank you!

Cotton traders are so easy to order from and quick delivery Always good quality goods what ever you order . Returns are are very easy bot that I have returned much.

Exactly the same as the two times before. The same photo it was placed in next doors recycling box and if I remember right it was the day of bin collection. I think the courier is getting mixed up with my address no 2 flat 4 and next door number 4. Evri need to know about this it's not your fault or mine
