My husband bought a bottle at the airport and loved it, so I wanted to buy another bottle for our anniversary. I couldn't find it anywhere so went to Cotswolds drinks website. Ordering was simple and delivery was quick. Arrived in time to celebrate our 22 year anniversary.

My item arrived in perfect condition and it was made of glass

Excellent product and exceptional service

Service was excellent but sadly the label on the bottle was wrinkled. Disappointing as it was intended as a birthday gift.

Saw the advertisement in newspaper for toffee vodka it was referring to special drinks for Xmas ….loved the bottle… arrived well packed it is a gift for my husband…unusual design on bottle ….
Hopefully my husband will love it ..

Lovely bottle and arrived on time!

Early December 2024 I thought i ordered 2 bottles of Toffee Vodka. So i chased it up on the 23rd of December only to find out I'd put them into the basket but never payed for them lol. After a quick message explaining what I'd done. Mark got back to me and gave me the best news ever, by saying order it by 4pm and you'll have it the following day.
Following day it arrived. Mark your a legend thank you very much.

Love the toffee vodka..it’s gorgeous.. sent some to a friend which was delivered to Scotland in time for Christmas.. didn’t think it would get there as no communication at all after initial acknowledgement of order and I’d filled in billing address wrong! But it did ..thanks .

Never received the goods. Was told it was lost in transit and they would send another. Never received ! Asked for a refund and have had no reply..
Despite several emails.

Tried to order a t-shirt and vodka and did not hear anything for over two weeks until I tried to contact and was then told the items were out of stock!! Even when they are still “for sale” on website. I kept having to email for an update and very slow response. Awful customer service and would avoid like the plague.

Product good but delivery was rubbish. Unfortunately you use the Post Office and they failed to notify us that they tried to deliver whilst we were out and did not leave a card to let us know. After a few phone calls and then checking with the PO it was found sitting in the depot!!!!!

I still haven't yet to received my order which I purchased over a week ago now
