What a amazing mixology team. From the very start we were treated to incredible customer service and attention to detail making my wife and I extremely happy and stress free going through the journey!

From the first time meeting Theo and James at our tasting afternoon, we knew we were in the best of hands. We walked away feeling clear and confident in our choices with Theo constantly tinkering the flavours to make sure we had it perfect to how we wanted it.

The two days ran so smoothly with the guests drinking Theo and James dry by the end, and we received non stop compliments about how amazing the cocktails and service was. My personal favourite was Theo's version of Espresso martini and my wife can still not choose between the Verde Mule or Pincante! Even after the event, the team went above and beyond, helping clean the marquee and doing all the small jobs making the procedure so much easier and smoother for us.

The Maxfield and Dyer team were extremely friendly and fun to have around and our guests loved getting to know all of them throughout the process.

Theo and James are exceptional at what they do. As an event planner, I look for suppliers who deliver outstanding quality and service for my clients and they always deliver. They are my go-to bar team and mixologists and I highly recommend them. They are a pleasure to work with and my clients love them.

Was recommended to use Maxfield and Dyer to provide and run the cocktail bar at our daughter's wedding for 180 guests by the highly regarded caterer Victoria's Food. Very professional team, took trouble to run through options , choice of cocktails, the quantities to make sure everything would run smoothly on the night .
The team were excellent ,the bar was well run and we did not run out , nothing was a problem, they stayed to help wind down the evening at the end of the event circa 2 am. Have no hesitation in recommending them.
